Benefits of SAP S/4HANA Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It is an ERP program that can meet all kinds of requirements. It is easy to use and I use it in all my work.

There is nothing that affects me negatively.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the active division support tool, with it I get runtime insights and details on both internal and external data sources. This helps me with better optimization of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations of on prem solutions and also the migration process involved. For businesses with no in house team, they have to hire a dedicated team for depoyment and implementation.

In our business. it creates an ease for every executive to access the information due to the integration of all MIS systems. So that, an individual can access to any information from any department at clicks
Easy to Manage your Financial Activities through SAP
What do you like best about the product?
SAP is easy to use, implement and integrate with softwares like Excel. I used it in my tenure in Bestway Cement Ltd for accounting, ledger and balance of payments.
All my vendor data and their detailed ledger were managed through SAP. At the audit time it saved me lot of hassle work and could generate easy and smooth reports for the high paying vendors easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime i faced the issues like the software working was slow and end of the month during audit,
As a solution we updated our Hardware to ensure its smooth working.
Its pricing compared to other ERP's is expensive but it working and impementation of activities makes it worth it

The integration of the MIS that how this software integrate all information system of the company and the Next generation ERP design which comes with the business suite

The only thing which could be a negative point is that this SAP Model comes with in-memory data base technology so that it takes mimial time for data processing when data is required for fast access

The biggest problem that is been solved by SAP S/4 HANA is that the integration of all MIS in the company because whenever I need to access any information like to find a product in an inventory or to determine the cost or revenue earned o any product that has been sold by company I dont need to access different portals or users because it has an in-memory data base technology and the other reason is the enhanced security.

SAP S/4 HANA is one of the Best ERP in the segment. It has complete coverage of Business modules, Easy to implement, User-friendly UI and Offers great customisation of reports as per your business needs.

SAP S/4 HANA is perfect for me in terms of technology but the running cost is high as per peers.

As long as project objectives are specified and fully matched with them, SAP S/4HANA Cloud fits the requirements of diverse business models. We utilize practically all SD, FI, MM, PP, and QM modules in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, which is one of the most planned and organized systems on the market. SAP application performance is rapid, and the product has less faults. The data footprint has been significantly decreased with SAP S/4HANA, and clients may select from cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment options based on their business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program has a minor issue in that more than three tabs cannot be utilized at the same time, the security of some apps has to be enhanced, and automated operations can be difficult to finish because they demand human interaction. If it is created for a non-production server, SAP support takes longer to resolve. Because certification and access to the learning center for S/4HANA are costly, it is critical to keep learning expenses low for students and professionals.

As a Data scientist in Supply chain vertical, SAP S/4HANA covers all the database functionality with advanced analytical features which makes cloud as an integrated platform. It offers BOM, invoices, material management (MM), Distribution ERP, Purchasing and much more for our client,s organisation. Our task is to collect the data from different sources and migrate it on the SAP cloud.
This cloud is able to perform real-time monitoring which makes it outstanding. All the financial transactions are recorded and analysed to make informed decisions. It is one of the easy to use tool which perform all the required functions for me as a data scientist. It also provides seamless dashboards and reporting for the legacy data.

More customization options can be done, Cost is slightly higher than the alternatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have excellent experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It provides almost all the features that you would need for your organisation. We are shifted ti SAP S/4 HANA in last year and from then our organisation's performance boosted significantly. I and my team had used this cloud for integrating the material transaction, distribution and supply chain management for our client. Data from 1000+ facilities got migrated to SAP cloud easily and with enhanced security. The migration process got streamlined due to this SAP cloud. Better analytics on material forecastings. I will definitely suggest to go for this one.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a great tool for any business to expand and solve so many problems at once. It has been very helpful for us to manage our day to day finance operations and get valuable reports and insights. It has been built and design to manage multipe aspects of a business operations and also it's security features are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike but this tool is bit complex to understand initially and pricng is also bit high.
