SAP UI looks oudated and every process requires a lot of clicks
What do you like best about the product?
SAP S/4HANA includes a lot of already standardized processes and because is one of the most popular ERP there are many conectors with other softwares
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP UI looks outdated when compared to something like Odoo or ERPNext. Also the UI requires too many clicks for simple actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP was used in our engagement clients for revenue, costs, HR and general accounting. The good thing is that everything is integrated but when compared to some alternative it looks like SAP is not innovating enough.
Quick reliable and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The real time aspect I think is it's bread and butter. It reduces internal IT staff, database, and hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is customer friendly requires more tech knocwedfe which could change learning curve.

Essentially it reduce the number of support issue with real time data transactions.

Best thing is that it has good performance and that it's quick to retrieve data.

Sometimes server will crash due to fetching large amounts of data.

What do you like best about the product?
This modern solution helps my organisation report on the new IFRS17 standard. We use this cloud service in conjuction with SAP FPSL to value the insurance liability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we are dealing with large amount of data sometime fetching the data from the cloud can be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my organisation in the transition from USGAAP reporting to IFRS17 reporting.

S/4 Hana cloud helps to access the ERP system from anywhere with the internet, which helps to collaborate with the team remotely. The s/4 cloud and AI machine help to automate the regular task which helps to save time.

The integration of the s/4 Hana cloud is complex and the migration of data to the New ERP is also time-consuming.

It is a centralized system that helps to access the data from another to an ERP system with the internet. It provides the data accuracy tool to make the data processing easy and accurate during the Invoice creation. It helps to automate the invoice process which reduces the manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
Sap as a software provides one stop ERP solution for an organisation , be it sales , production and inventory managment. It helps in automating the process flow of an organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sap as a tool is very costly when compared with its rival , making it little less reachable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sap helps in automating the inventory management as well as handling sales a production order very deligently . This results in high yield of output with minimal costing.

The Fiori feature and the realtime data analytics and insights.

The pricing side and the migration of DB since it supports only SAP HANA DB

Earlier we used to have separate reporting tools and data ware house, the S/4 HANA integrates transactional and analytics systems which eliminated the need for separate data warehouses and reporting tools.
