Easy to access and understand the basic principles. Huge possibilities to customize the system to the own process needs while stying inside the standard.

Complicated implementation that can only be performed with the aid of expensive consulting companies. Incident handling often slow and it is unclear who is responsible for what.

Love the features of SAP S/4 HANA
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using SAP S/4HANA Cloud for some time now, and overall, it’s been a game changer for our business operations. The real-time insights and integration across departments really help us stay on top of everything—from finance to supply chain—without switching between multiple systems. Being cloud-based, it’s easier to scale and keeps us updated with the latest features without major downtime. The interface is much cleaner and more user-friendly than traditional ERPs, though it took some time to get used to. For companies looking to modernize and streamline their processes, I’d definitely recommend giving it a serious look.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that it can be pretty complicated to set up at first. It takes a good amount of time and effort to get everyone trained and comfortable with it. Sometimes the system feels a bit overwhelming, especially if your team isn’t used to SAP products. Also, while the interface is nicer than older versions, it’s not always super intuitive. And because it’s cloud-based, you don’t have as much freedom to customize things exactly how you want compared to on-premise solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has really helped us simplify and speed up our invoice management process. Before, handling invoices was time-consuming and prone to errors because data was scattered across different systems. Now, with everything integrated in real-time, we get instant visibility into invoice status, approvals, and payments. Automation reduces manual data entry and errors, which saves a lot of time and avoids delays. This has improved our cash flow management and vendor relationships since payments are more accurate and timely. Overall, it makes the whole invoicing process smoother and much less stressful for the finance team.

Nothing! We enjoy it. We wish our IT department had more knowledge on adopting more applications.

Fiori interface makes it very easy for business users to find the tasks they need to complete.

There are times in which there are too many tiles for users to navigate within Fiori.
