A powerful and reliable platform for data science and AI development
What do you like best about the product?
Anaconda AI Platform provides a complete environment for managing data science and AI workflows. Its package management and environment handling are seamless, making it easy to install, update, and manage libraries without dependency conflicts. I especially value the large ecosystem of pre-built packages, Jupyter integration, and the ability to quickly prototype, test, and deploy models. It saves a lot of setup time and improves productivity, particularly for Python-based AI development.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Anaconda is excellent, it can sometimes feel heavy—especially in terms of storage space and environment size. Package downloads can be slow, and certain updates may break compatibility with older environments. The enterprise edition could also benefit from more streamlined integration with cloud platforms and better optimization for large-scale distributed workloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anaconda AI Platform solves the problem of environment and package management in AI and data science projects. It eliminates dependency conflicts and ensures that different projects can run in isolated environments without breaking each other. It also centralizes the toolchain for data science, allowing me to work with Jupyter notebooks, machine learning libraries, and visualization tools in one place. This has significantly improved productivity, reduced time spent on setup, and allowed me to focus on model development and analysis rather than troubleshooting environment issues.
Great platform

One of the most famous and all in one starting kit for Data Science and AI Development
What do you like best about the product?
Anaconda offers an all-in-one environment that simplifies data science development and the experiment process. Dependency management with conda is usually great. The way it comes pre-installed with the most essential data science package makes it a go-to choice for any work or project to start with. Also, its integration with Jupyter Notebooks and Jupyter Lab is one of the best things that really makes Anaconda a powerful IDE that provides a smooth experience for code execution, visualization, and iterative development.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's resource hungry to boot Anaconda Navigator, the start page of the Anaconda platform. So, it takes some time with a little weaker machines. And thus, a little not-so-good experience. The initial installation size is large. If using both conda and pip, it becomes a little troublesome and often causes issues. Also, conda is difficult to recreate. There is no easy way to recreate all dependencies the way we can do with poetry. Thus not preferable if working with containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the setup and management of complex Python environments, solving the headache of dependency conflicts and package installation. Thus, it's really great for beginners in data science so that they can spend more time learning and working on data science rather than scratching their heads trying to install basic dependencies correctly. By providing an isolated, well-documented ecosystem with access to trusted packages, it minimizes time spent troubleshooting and maximizes productivity. Features like easy environment creation, GUI-based package installation, Jupyter Lab, and notebook really make the overall data science work fun and boost confidence. Overall, it brings structure, reliability, and efficiency to the entire lifecycle of analytical tasks.
Best Tool for AI training and features creation
What do you like best about the product?
UI and simplicity with complex problem solving architecture
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special. I like everything thing. Just one thing dependency service should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving user to select service that they can include in their code and program
Harnessing the Power of the Anaconda AI Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the Anaconda AI Platform is its all-in-one environment for data science and AI. It simplifies package management, supports powerful tools like Jupyter, and speeds up development with pre-installed libraries. It’s efficient, beginner-friendly, and ideal for both individual projects and collaborative workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Anaconda AI Platform is powerful, it can be resource-heavy and slow to start, especially on low-end systems. Managing large environments may sometimes cause conflicts or delays. Also, the full installation takes up significant disk space, which may not be ideal for users with limited storage or bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anaconda AI Platform solves environment setup issues, package dependency conflicts, and tool integration challenges. It provides a ready-to-use ecosystem for data science and AI development. This saves me time, reduces errors, and lets me focus on building and testing models efficiently without worrying about manual configuration or compatibility issues.
