Best Cameras Out There
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a camera solution that provided me very clear and detailed images of my facility. Verkada did not disappoint! I got a 42, 52, and 62 series of cameras for my different locations and the coverage is so great. The apps are really easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints regarding my Verkada system yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My previous camera system was nearly 20 years old and the system would lose all its memory and revert to 1970 every time the power went out. The storage on the cloud and the daily checks I am able to do at my facility are fantastic. We also have a camera with an intercom for our front gate which has helped us with our check in process of guests at our facility.
Extremely positive overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the platform is to use and manage. The AI is excellent. It is a rock solid platform that performs excellently. Rolled the cameras out across my companies and house globally, working on the access control currently. Really like every in one portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
WDR on the cameras. Its not what I'm used to coming from a legacy system. They really need to redo the WDR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any questions or issues I've had, have been resolved super quick via the live chat in the command portal. Only had to warranty one camera and it was overnighted.

Best part I like about Verkada is its totally cloud based platform where it provides centralised access to all the security systems with an internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I dislike about Verkada is it a bit costlier than traditional on-premise security systems, but for the features that verkada provides its really worth it if it fits in your budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With verkada's video security cameras we are able to solve the problems in our premises like facial recognation,object detection and motion alerts. It also has Access control where it manages users access though electric doors.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is incredibly easy to use. The clarity of the pictures is awesome

Having to use another company to actually have the cameras installed.

The cameras are clear and get better angles then our previous cameras. It has help us when giving footage to the police.

The called our locations under false pretenses say that per upper level management they were to use Verkada, when in fact they'd never even spoken to us.

This business will never be receiving our business

Temperature sensors have been very innacurate with the data they send back
