What do you like best about the product?
I love using Verkada for its enterprise-wide capabilities like cameras, access control, and alarms. Verkada Command stands out for me, especially with its audio capabilities and AI tracking and review features. The platform acts as a one-stop shop, eliminating the need to switch between different programs when investigating incidents. The initial setup was very easy, which made the transition smooth for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be improved by rolling in access control management into the users page. It would be more convenient to handle everything related to users in one place.

Verkada provides a one-stop shop for cameras, access control, and alarms, eliminating the need to switch between programs for incident investigations. I love the audio capabilities and AI tracking for reviewing situations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the software and interface of the Verkada portal is very modern and easy to navigate. The initial setup was a seamless experience, which is a big plus for me. I also value the portal for cameras, which is an integral part of what we use it for. Overall, I'm quite happy with these aspects of Verkada.
