Good Camera software
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for regular users and to set up user permissions.

Doesn't have an IP filter for accessing it

What do you like best about the product?
I found Verkada to be exactly what you'd expect from a premium brand name. Effective and simple to use once getting the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say it's a fairly pricey solution, but that would be my main gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more intuitive interface than other cloud based camera solutions.

I have heard about security breaches in the past. I'm sure they have improved their security posture since then.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel safer with products and services like Verkada when I'm using the internet. Very easy to use, never need customer support because it is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. No complaints. Verkada has presented no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verkada keeps my business safe on the internet and my people safe in the building. Verkada offers video camera, sensors, and other security measures. I do not worry about being hacked because of Verkada.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and easy to use cloud-based security solution which has great pro features. I enjoy using the advanced analytics features verkada offers including motion detection and facial recognition which are imperative for security efficiency. Another great feature I'd like to call out is the ease of integration

Pricing could be better, customer support experience can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Verkada allows us to rapidly deploy security solutions City wide regardless of the environment. Our installation team can easily configure and activate a system in a matter of minutes with very little technical experience. Our maintenance team is able to resolve issues quickly and fully by using Verkada's chat or direct communication lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, verkada has been easy to deploy. Nothing to really dislike.

Ease of installation and shortens the training curve for staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to integrate, the install team was great. As a LEED Platinum building, our building is complex, and they worked through all of the challenges quickly and efficiently.

We are waiting for a multi-tenant interface.

Quick remote lockdowns. Increased survellance.

Very easy deployment. Easy management. Great features especially around alerts and searching footage. PoC trial: had v good support.

Expensive. Higher up front cost than most other options. Partly understandable because of the advanced features. The lifetime of the cameras is 10 years though so it is an investment. When comparing against alternatives use 5-10 year lifecycle

What do you like best about the product?
Verkada's marketing, packaging, and overall product is fantastic. We have had an amazing experience working with their sales team and engineers to help our district switch to their product. Their interface is second to none, the products are easy to install with everything you need included in every package. The integration from one system to another has been seemless. They have live customer service for chat or call any time of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!! Everything is easy to use and install. If you do run into an issue their customer support team is there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a K-12 school district, so Verkada is giving us several useful products all under one interface. It saves us time and troubleshooting to be under the Verkada hood.
