Command is great and easy to use.

Very clean product. Lots of thoughts go into it.

What do you like best about the product?
Plug and play endpoints and frequent software updates that add features and functionality.

Logging into the mobile app can sometimes be hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verkada Command saves time when creating an indent report and sharing it to law enforcement or our comany's Legal Department.

The Command software is intuitive and very easy to use

The cost might be prohibitive to some but it is worth the money spent

There really isn't much I can say that I dislike. Reporting around Alarms has caused a minor inconvenience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity - legacy systems have been challenged to stay on line and available. Verkada has never experienced any connectivity or reliability issues
Absolutely Love IT
What do you like best about the product?
From the sales to the support teams I have had an awesome experience with deployment to operations. I can visualize the limitless possibilities that my organization can use Verkada to add value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here except that I cannot deploy fast enough only because I am one person

It has integrated our Cameras, Access Control, and alarms across multiple facilities and we are looking to keep IT going.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying criminal suspects and solving crimes quickly
We use this product for law enforcement and we have had a lot of success with this product.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use context cameras with LPR reads.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to be able to see where license plates have been hiting in surrounding cities that also use Verkada.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locate stolen vehicles, suspect vehicles, wanted subjects, identify suspects, and locate missing subjects as well.

I am still new to the platforms so have yet to find any real dislikes

Full ecosystem is a hit
What do you like best about the product?
The full ecosystem of products and functionality work incredibly well together. Still some separation in the admin experience but it’s getting better. They are pushing forward with new products and better functionality and a good pace. The support services and warranty support are second to none. Our internal teams love the ease of use, quality of the product and continue to find more uses to support and improve our manufacturing operations. I would definitely recommend the product and the overall experience with Verkada has been a true partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are pushing into AI capabilities but so is most of the industry. The progress is there, but slow. Would love to see them expand into detecting more actions and proactive safety alerts,

Better clarity on workplace incidents, safety issues, process improvement opportunities. It’s also a great visitor experience for anyone visiting our company.
Verkada is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best parts of Verkada is the ease of access to everything in command. Having the tiles under cameras to view previous events is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to provide lower scale roles to various people in our organizations.

The new reunification platform will be very helpful and put into use right away.
