Secure everything under one pane of glass
What do you like best about the product?
they stand behind their products, the 10 year no questions asked warranty, support is great
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the earlier cameras had issues with water ingress but they stood behind their products and replaced the water logged units.

Verkada is a huge help consolidating building security

All of the Camera's are accessible in a single pane.

Installation can take a long time when you rip and replace all cameras.

Verkada's cloud retention makes it easy to expand video retention as your needs expand, and it is modular to the cameras.
The Camera seem to go offline often

The access control is fantastic. The new AI features look promising.

wish the monitoring had the ability to view more camer views before notifications.

Being able to monitor multiple loctions. Everything on one platform.

I like how all the systems are on one platform

Troubleshooting the cameras can be difficult out the box and coming online. We also constantly have camera's offline that we have to RMA.

Simple Access App
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to provide access to remote sites for contractors / vendors from my phone. I don't have to physically drive out to the site to meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization for the Access and alert portions of the app

It allows us to monitor our sites around the clock and alerting us to brek-ins

The technology and quality of the products are great, but their customer service and ability to assist my company with unique issues is unmatched

the only downside is corporate buy in on a product that is more expensive than the competitors, despite the added features competitors don't offer

Plug and play endpoints and frequent software updates that add features and functionality.

Logging into the mobile app can sometimes be hard.

Verkada Command saves time when creating an indent report and sharing it to law enforcement or our comany's Legal Department.
