Streamlined and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Verkada makes it very simple to follow a person of interest or an incident across different cameras and timeframes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional downtimes negatively affect our ability to remain vigilant. At times, the panic buttons also go offline, which makes us less confident that they will function properly in an emergency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panic buttons and surveillance. Hopeful to expand to access control in the future.
Very good. Few issues with intercom but cameras have been flawless

Simplicity and ease of use. Setting up a new camera is one of the easiest things to do compared to other security systems

I guess the cost. But you get what you pay for

What do you like best about the product?
We may be a smaller company than other Verkada customers but I feel that there are so many ways to integrate with your system and continually grow with your product line. The service is great when needed and the products that we have had since the beginning of our partnership with Verkada are still going strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve had two issues that I can think of off the top of my head. One being that ‘tailgating’ is found even if the users coming thru the door both scan their badge. Two being the “unknown user” when scanning a badge from a wallet. There has to be a way to adjust this. We currently installed a keypad on our turnstile and ever since the keypad was installed, we receive so many “unknown user” errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working on a project to look at installing cameras in our warehouse to assist with inventory control and fines we receive from our customers for missing products and not shipping in full.

Upgrade from on prem to cloud based Verkada. Total direent world

Lots of features lots to learn. Getting help from 3rd party vendor

ease of use and the ability to access it on mobile devices

Constant updates or features released without notification. Would like the ability to push software updates manually to products.

We use Verkada for all physical security aspects. Cameras, access, Guest check-in and sensors. We love the one stop shop it provides for our security needs.
