The overall UI and UX are incredible. Extremely easy to manage yet very powerful.

I have no actual dislikes at this moment. It meets all of our needs and then some.

Securing our sites with video surveillance and AC. Empowering HR and Safety Manager to ensure safety during emergencies via Roll Call.
Fast response and easy to use platform for all employee levels.

Platform has everything in one place. Makes investigation and inspections a breeze with no deficiencies.

Sorry I have no complains. If you have an issue with any of the equipment the team will help find solutions without waisting time and customer money.

Searching events has been a tremendous tool to complete investigation in record time.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a new site within my organization is quite straightforward. The process is user-friendly and doesn't require much technical expertise, which makes it accessible for most team members. Overall, I find it easy to get a new site up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues so far. If something does come up, I trust that the customer support team will be able to guide me through it. Their customer service truly stands out as the best!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our offices was using a badge format that wasn’t included in the Verkada database. I provided the engineer with two test keycards, and they quickly began working on the problem. Within a few weeks, they had identified the correct format and resolved the issue. If they hadn’t been able to fix this, it could have been a dealbreaker for us!

Support is really good! Their product works and easy to train people who are using the user side of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its expensive, I understand why but it does limit us to an extent.

Easy to access footage.
Easy to use and configure, and powerful tools to support safety
What do you like best about the product?
The Command Center is very easy to user and configure. All modules work together in a single pane of glass. Verkada support is 24/7 assistance. The 10 yr hardware warranty is great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing costs are very high, for a non-profit organization. Licesnsing makes it hard to budget for implementing Verkada when certain programs can't swallow a yearly license fee going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video archiving and recalling footage is superior with Verkada, compared to traditional DVR/NVR and CCTV. Is also has great user management for access control, and access to view cameras. The interface is simple so that even non-technical staff can learn how to use it.

The software updates on the Access side cause issues sometimes
