Most flexible and ingenious tool for managing data and information for customers
What do you like best about the product?
Most amazing feature of clever tap software is that there is an information sending scheduling feature which helps you to automatically send and share data to your clients and customers daily on time. You can analyse your customers journey over your websites. It is one of the dexterous tool for targeting gaining more interesting clients towards your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software does not offer you with an inbuilt emailing option, that is you need to do mails with third party application and intergrate it with the clevertap. Sometimes the integration process also slower down the processing speed of the platform. It is quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has really helped us in creating and designing most unique campaigns and advertisements templates for targeting geniune users through social media platforms. And has increased our company's service in leser time.

The best way to get people interested
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap's analytics are superior and more comprehensive than its competitors, albeit at a higher cost. Clevertap makes it easy to identify inactive user groups, design tailored user journeys, and give them personalized, automated notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is impossible to update a user's profile promptly. It is always urging that we upgrade, and their methods for detecting uninstallers do not appear dependable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transforming the user experience by customizing the user's actions and trips. The RFM analysis that resolves the majority of problems and aids in retention is available with a few clicks, and this is true for the whole retention segment.

Clevertap analytics with the same data pointers can analyze different aspects from users' pov or even the product standpoint. And the level of customization this tool provides, so that product's interaction with the user is as relevant as possible is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI, it's difficult to get use to it, but as a user i feel there should have ben some user based demo / journey to ease in the flow..

It's helping me with user flow analysis, daily reporting, communication channel, and segmented targeting.

The most notable and helpful feature of the clever tap is that it helps you retain all your customers and keeps you connected with all your clients and other organizations and companies. There are several features available with which you can do marketing and campaign of your company's services and products.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is poor internet connectivity, and the system server drops down, the system loses some confidential and essential data, and the system hangs and stops responding correctly.
Everyone has complained while using this platform that only limited storage is available to store data. If you need more space and storage to keep and save the data in the venue itself, then you will need to buy the premium of this platform which is not affordable for everyone.

My team members use this in our office to track and analyze all our clients personally and monitor their behavior. With this platform now, we have managed to do campaigning and marketing online to engage more and more clients and be able to track all our advertisements.

- At first you have to learn about the interface, wheres what and everything of the app. Though they have a university, but still with little to no practice at the platform, it becomes hard to find what you had to.

Even though CleverTap is a great tool, it sometimes has system issues that can cause it to get stuck in the middle of work. To prevent this from happening in the future, some features should be added to make the system run more smoothly.

Availability of multiple power tools for PMs to analyze experiment and conclude.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unavailability of a few math operations (percentages, combincations etc) or writing custom queries to get the data views. Pricing on the higher side. Reporting/Summary of campaigns and journeys not up to the mark.

CT is solving an end-to-end problem for startups in terms of communicating with users (Marketing suite), analyzing the clickstream (Data Suite), and experimentation (Product Suite)
Amazing team great support
What do you like best about the product?
The Clevrtap teams support is amazing. CleverTap team is really proactive in solving queries and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are some issues that occur but the proactive reply and immediate resolution from the CleverTap team nullifies for these minor issues.

We run all transactional, service and activation notification using CleerTap campaigns and it has been really amazing so far.
