What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to build complex journeys with amazing node level intelligence
- Continuous upcoming new features that build confidence as a growth markettier
-Some key features that stands out - Bulletin feature to send campaigns through G-sheet, SCRIBE - New AI based content creation feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Data visibility at user level views can be improved (looking at combination of journeys together to get the big picture)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1- Customer re-targetting in a hyper-personalized manner using Push/ SMS and WhatsApp.
2- Letting users know about the latest offers personalized and linked to our catalogue

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to understand.
Documentation is a great resource and if you prefer talking with the customer success team, they are always available.
Multiple options to view data and understand it easily.
Multiple channels to reach out to existing users. Over all GREAT!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall great but would recommend them to improve their inbound conversations section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to convert users who are stuck or probably drop off during their journey. Using clevertap helped me move these users to the final funnel and helped me increased growth week on week by 42%.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the dashboard and the features available are state-of-the-art for all kinds of apps. The pricing is also based on the need of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The entry pricing can be a little more start-up friendly so that more users can test it out early for their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is the market leader for Marketing automation and mobile app user behaviour and it's solving a major retention marketing problem for apps and websites.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the clever tap is the geofencing tool, which makes it easy to track down a selected audience. When it comes to analytics the UI makes it very easy to look for the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The legacy campaigns are easier to understand, The new interface is simpler UI-wise but definitely makes it difficult for new users to understand the terminologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clever Tap makes it easy to understand audience analysis, Especially with respect to time, one can see analyse user behaviour too. The creation of different boards makes data analysis much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap helps us quickly visualise essential business metrics in real time. We can reach the right segment of users to drive the relevant business metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. I guess CT can improve a bit on speed of segment creation and the UI could be a bit more easy and intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve our deposit conversion (registration to transaction) and then gameplay retention. Reactivating dormant user bases.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating campaigns and segments is very convenient with Clevertap. With the help of Clevertap, we were able to increase our user retention by sending them targeted campaigns. We were able to track complete user live journeys from app install to user engaging in our app, which helped us in understanding the user behaviour. Also, we would like to share our heartfelt thank you to the success team (Swadha and Jay) who helped us with the smooth functioning and made the platform easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At night, the dashboard can be a little faster. With the new UI, things have improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This worked well for us while personalising push notifications and email marketing during IPL time giving us good CTRs and increased conversion rates.

Best platform for marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, has all the required channels of engagement like email, SMS, in-app messaging, push (with great templates) and the fantastic WhatsApp capability with automatic responses. The journey builder for marketing also helps our team save a lot of time.

Their analytics provide us full insight into what our customers are doing on the app with their funnels, cohorts, flows (sunburst chart), pivots, real time dashboards, and are super fast.

The segmentation is also great and it's easy to set up campaigns on segments.

They also integrate well with our internal tools and other platforms like Branch and Segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Further UX optimisation would be good for a sleek experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is great as one single platform for both analytics and engagement. The dashboard works really fast, and campaigns go out in real time. I'm enjoying using the platform so far.

We got a nice onboarding to their platform and the support team is also quite responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a diverse range of functionality.
Scheduling tracking and analytics is something which help us to scale campaigns.
The customer support is fantastic, and I've resolved my queries within 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, everyone is a fan of the Product.
No significant downsides are seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Improving Conversion rates by targeting the customers who have dropped from the CJP by sending customised SMS.
2) Analysing Campaigns and performing multiple A/B tests
3) Sending out personalised SMS/Emails to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily use various attributes to target users with relevant messages. This helps us to segment them & create proper campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
They've to make sure that, the data that we're sharing with CT should be very safe. If they fail to do so, that will affect our whole business. Also need to improve customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap allows startups to segment their users based on their behavior itself. As an EdTech, we were able to find the user persona & deliver the best courses for them as a suggestion from our mentors. User affinity, User path & other AI feature made our campaigns more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick customer support and continuous follow-up from Clevertap team to sort any queries. Best tool to build journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UX optimisation is required as few functionalities require more clicks and pages take sometime to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building user journeys as we are a consumer app which requires lot of nudging to make users follow certain path to drive ideal experience. We also use clevertap for marketing analytics as we have integrated few attribution tools to our clevertap dashboard.
