What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign Analytics Custom Dashboard creation
Analytics of compiled campaign and journey & Report generation ( Consolidated report of ad-hoc campaigns and journey is required, currently this needs to be done offline by downloading the reports separately and compiling them)
There is no option to modify the journey once made live/ Journey variations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM marketing and managing of Users. Onboarding and Retention of users by targeting them via multiple channels from a single CRM platform and Analysing the campaign's responses and user behavior.

Powerful product for user engagement and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is easy to use and anyone can easily understand. The overview document is also very helpful which helps to understand the product in detail. We are using CleverTap mostly for push notifications, in-app messaging which has boost our products and gain the traffic which we were expecting.
So going forward we are also trying to do email marketing and SMS via CleverTap so that our all marketing/promotions will be analysed only in a single product. Their reports are also in detail which helps in analysing the campaigns which were executed. CleverTap support team is very supportive and knowledgeable and they support in each and every concers/queries within 24hrs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas which can be improved. For example, since we have largest database the number of profiles the dashboard and internal pages takes time to load which is time consuming.
Also some new push templates has to be introduced so that we can do better user engagement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New push templates has to be introduced so that we can do better user engagement and performance of the portal which has largest number of profiles with reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has comprehensive segmentation options for targeted marketing campaigns, easy A/B testing capabilities for optimizing marketing efforts, and multi-channel messaging options (email, SMS, push notifications, Whatsapp, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
The visibility of campaign metrics for SMS is limited compared to other channels

Suggestion:
Enhance the dashboard by adding all campaign metrics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is solving various problems like Improving funnel conversions with insightful user journeys, and real time communications, optimizing costs through targeted segmentation, offering all retention campaign channels in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
That it provide cross channel support, provides easy segmentation as per customer behaviours, can be easily customised and automated , plus can easily record users functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is quiet complex and have many things which need to be work on as example , it records a single user as multiple user, pricing is also quiet okay but not good, and just some basic integration challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to send mails and sms to user who have triggered the events related to the business conditions, automation made it easy to have mails and sms generated automatically, insights made easy to check the events occured by users. So it simply makes our task easy.

CT is very good platform for running the campaigns and helps us in many ways like campaign performance

SMS Clicks is not captured by CLEVER TAP which makes our task difficult

What do you like best about the product?
It is an open-ended tool with an endless capacity to integrate with 3rd party API's. Creating App Push, Web Push, SMS, and Email is easy for anyone to use. Quick and Easy Analytics for user behaviour top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting parts can be better, which makes it easy for management to see and make decisions. Currently, it is more of marketing folks-driven reports.

Adding more features on regular basis will be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using CleverTap, we can create customer journey-level funnels and start identifying the leaky buckets. Campaign and marketing automation helps solving customer journey issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Logic-based A/B testing, multivariate testing, omnichannel campaigns, behavioral analytics and personalization are the best features of the Clevertap. Also, the integration support and campaign automation are best in industry
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap provides support for simple queries but doesn't support complex analytics and hence is required to integrate and parse data to other analytics platforms. Also, the cost is on the higher side compared to Mixpanel and Segment

Clevertap provides the outcomes of the marketing campaign with insights, behavioral analytics, engagement and omnichannel responses to take quick decision for next best thing on the application

What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the easiest tool out their when it comes to analyse your app data and act upon it. We use CT for analyzing user behavior and engaging users at different point of user journey. The support is awesome through. We used it first while building mobile browser and second time while building BabyG app - happy journey I can say!
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for AI to kick in meaningfully in the product. Nothing to be unhappy about otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use analytics and engagement primarily to understand user behavior and act upon it through engagement triggers.
