Best CRM Tool To Setup Daily Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I am very friendly with using Clevertap on a daily basis. Setting up daily campaigns, journeys, and other campaigns is very easy to implement. even API integration is easy to do on Clevertap. Clevertap support is excellent... we always get a dedicated support agent and spokesperson to solve problems in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest... I have not faced any challenges yet with Clevertap, so its very hard for me to provide points that I dislike the most. Sometimes I face issues with insights or analytics in journey campaigns.
Clevertap has provided a solution for this, but there is still a lot more room to improve that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only faced challenges with insights in journey campaigns, nodes, and related areas. but Clevertap has now provided a solution for this... they have built Engagement metrics section, which shows daily outcomes with just one click.

What do you like best about the product?
I can access a wide variety of automations, which is really convenient. Even when I need to make adjustments, I don't have to stop the automations; I can simply edit them and let them continue running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The waiting time during the upload of segments and properties can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important feature for me is the ability to track users throughout every stage of each product funnel. This allows me to set up remarketing or automations to address any gaps where users might drop off during their experience. The automations and journeys are extremely helpful for my team, as they enable us to run hundreds of experiments and clearly view the results, which greatly benefits our growth efforts. Additionally, the platform makes it easy and intuitive to reach our users across multiple channels, such as push notifications, pop-ups, app inbox, email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This efficiency in creating and segmenting campaigns is a significant advantage for us.

What do you like best about the product?
’ve been using Clevertap for a little while now and honestly, I’m impressed with how clean and simple it is to get started. The design feels modern and the performance is pretty smooth, which makes it easy to rely on day to day. Best way to retain customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing can be improved and they can offer some better deals, this will definitely help more small business to understand the game of customer retention.

It helped me understand customer behaviour and work on retaining them through emails. CleverTap’s regular suggestions also helped me sustain my current customers while creating opportunities to gain new ones.
