What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other tools on the market, it's hard to read data for beginners, but with clevertap, it doesn't. Clevertap is easy to read for the beginner, the user experience is also very user-friendly and smooth.
I'm from someone who doesn't know anything about automation marketing to someone who's a smooth user of email marketing, SMS, push apps, inbox apps and, more specifically, all of them automated.
Clevertap's support is very enthusiastic and always supports me when I can't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the technological potential is very good, yet advanced parts like AI,.... requires certain expertise to deploy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
clevertap has helped me a lot in automation marketing, which is what my business lacks the most.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly intuitive, it has tools to analyze user behavior and create personalized campaigns. I've been using CleverTap for a few months now, and it has completely transformed how we interact with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing as of yet which i have observered except there could be a bit of lag once a while to the analytical dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about CleverTap is its comprehensive approach to customer engagement and retention. What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges with CleverTap is its complexity, especially for new users or smaller teams without a dedicated data or marketing analytics resource. Navigating through all the functionalities and setting up advanced campaigns or user journeys can be time-consuming and overwhelming without proper training or experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for Personalization, Segmentation, Omnichannel engagement, Analytics, Integration, team including success, support, etc and a user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization in Reporting is limited, complexity for beginners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our complex cohorts are easily manageable enabling me to reach out the right set of audience at the right time. Keeping in mind the complex backend system an Airline have, it becomes really easy to reach out to the right set of customers for upselling/ cross-selling our ancillary products. Hyper-personalization is easy to achieve.
Getting the right set of data with different funnels, helps us to make business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a fantastic platform offering a range of features including Customer Data & Analytics, Experimentation & Optimization, Personalization, and the ability to create multi-channel campaigns or journeys (push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, etc.). Additionally, the local technical support is excellent, and the platform is user-friendly, even for non-professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, but I wish there were more templates available for marketing channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap helps us optimize our resources, increasing conversion rates on our mobile app.

- A great platform with features: Customer Data & Analytics, Experimentation & Optimization, Personalization, Create Campaign or Journey with multi-channels ( push, in-app, web popup, SMS, webhook,...).

- Special local technical support is available.

- Easy to use for many non-professionals

Not too many. I hope there are more templates for marketing channels

What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that allows me to know and communicate with my client directly, in a personalized, segmented, and successful way to achieve my goals.
It complements my strategies with highly important data.

I understand that it's for security, but sometimes the two-factor authentication to log in takes a bit of time

Not at the moment. But it will be better if the support team was local.

What do you like best about the product?
1. User-friendly interface: Easy to navigate and locate functionalities. Campaign and journey set-up is pretty easy even for beginners
2. Multi-channel options: from email, SMS, push notification, in-platform messaging (web pop-ups, web-native displays etc) to WhatsApp, and more
3. Excellent customer service and fast resolution of issues: Customer support is available 24/7 along with a dedicated account manager who will be available during working hours. Weekly sync with the account manager to discuss any roadblocks or unresolved issues and ensure the platform is used to its maximum potential.
4. Additional quarterly reviews to reflect on the achievements of your business and future scopes.
5. Official WhatsApp Business Service provider: No dependency on third-party WhatsApp Business Service provider.
6. Integrates easily to your website/platform and is quite easy to implement newer channels.
7. Excellent onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Technical glitches now and then. However, with an excellent support team, most of these bugs were promptly resolved.
2. Very long time taken to download segments.
3. Individual campaign dashboard doesn't display unique values. User can only see TOTAL numbers all over. For ex: Total views, total clicks, total sent etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Able to use multiple communication channels from one place to keep users informed and engaged
- Creating segments to run various personalised campaigns
- It's serving as a single tool for us to run regular BAU campaigns as well as automated campaigns/journeys for our customers
- Real-time sync with our SaaS platform ensures we are sending the right information at the right time to our customers
