What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of segmenting with CleverTap and consider it an all-in-one, as it allows me to create all kinds of campaigns and validate segments to achieve a more personalized experience. It is easy to create simple campaigns and it is a tool that allows for progressive learning as more complex things are created, which I find good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could allow more advanced journeys that are simpler to make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use CleverTap to create marketing campaigns and automated CRM journeys. It's an all-in-one tool that allows me to validate segments to offer a more personalized experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the different communication methods that CleverTap offers, as they allow me to effectively manage my marketing strategies. I find the strategy plan and the platform itself very valuable. Additionally, their statistics system through events conducted in the application in Analytics is good, as it provides me with the necessary information and analyses to make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like CleverTap to improve its preview function in campaigns. It would be very helpful to have some kind of message preview in campaigns that are native display. Additionally, I found that the initial setup was not so easy since there are sections of the platform that are a bit complicated to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use CleverTap to improve communications and create effective journeys, especially with its communication methods.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that CleverTap offers me a dedicated account manager, Juan Carlos, with whom I have meetings every two weeks. His ability to resolve doubts and help me is impressive. He is attentive and proactive, sometimes even remembering pending tasks better than I do. This personalized attention is something I value greatly, especially compared to other CRM tools I have used like Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Inblue, and ActiveCampaign, where I have not had the same level of support. This positive experience is the main reason why I recommend CleverTap with a score of 10 to my colleagues and friends. The human touch and constant follow-up from my account manager make a big difference in my overall experience with CleverTap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some difficulties with the CleverTap support team. They are often very technical, and since I am not very technical, it becomes complicated for me to understand certain processes. It would have been helpful to have a more accessible introduction, especially in technical areas like HTML configurations and subscriptions. I feel that these aspects required me to learn on my own in order to then teach it to my team, which turned out to be a challenge since I have a more strategic profile. Additionally, I would like there to be a system of exams or tests for interns, so they could practice and learn more effectively, as they often do not practice enough on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use CleverTap to automate processes and maintain life cycles, improving the tracking and analysis of user behavior across various channels, facilitating reactivation and onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
To be able to automate the company's marketing, in order to improve the user experience. To be able to analyze in depth the behavior of my customers and their navigation within the app.

The topic of reports could improve a bit, having the valuable information clearer and easier to analyze.

What do you dislike about the product?
The way in which the reports are delivered 😪 there are too many fields that result in 0 and create a lot of visual noise. We should be able to fully customize what we want to be sent in the report according to the data that is important for each professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach users in a personalized way, based on their behaviors, is extremely beneficial to me, as it allows me to segment precisely and achieve my conversion goals more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics section in Clevertap is invaluable to a company; the heat maps and segmentation based on queries make my work and strategy generation much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface; it's rather complicated. Also, you can't download communications for a specific user in the general plan, which is an extra feature, and this is very important for a company.
