Great tool for Project Management and an excellent team!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a robust tool that helps demarcate responsibilities. The project status is visible to all stakeholders and this helps in achieving deadlines. It has a very intuitive UI and different templates that can be used to manage different stages of a project. On a high level, the tool is super useful to identify problems and bottlenecks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. The team is doing an amazing job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time and effort by improving collaboration on a project. As we go over the multiple stages, it helps us make decisions and get feedback from the key stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration between our customers and implementation specialists has become more streamlined. The ability to create private tasks with necessary stakeholders has removed the pain of having long threads of emails. If needed, we are always able to make a task or a document open to all members of the customer's organization if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more information about multi-language capabilities. We were not able to dig deeper into this requirement. Some knowledge around this would be helpful.

Great tool to manage projects and people!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share only what is needed without sharing the whole project. The ability to have private notes, tasks and messages within your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. It is pretty straightforward to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used a different tool but it required a lot to learn for customers who had never used it. With Rocketlane, they don't have to learn a new tool because we can just send a recap of tasks due via email.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and understand. This makes it easy for us to convey onboarding timelines to customers and set realistic expectations with them. It's very easy to collaborate with customers on Rocketlane, which improves the quality of customer care we offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice if there was a more comprehensive knowledge base. I'd also like to see the product grow with time as it's relatively new and could be more powerful as features are added
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its very important for us to stick to a customers desired go live date during implementation. However, customer requirements alter constantly during onboarding. The platform makes it easier to prioritise customer needs.
Solid Onboarding Software!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is very simple to use. We went through training with our CSM and now have a very solid understanding of how the tool works! My entire CSM team uses the tool and so far everyone has seen the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like all newer software, there can be kinks in the tool. Luckily, the team at Rocketlane is on top of their chat and customer service so we know when issues will be fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane helps us streamline all of our ongoing projects so that none of them get lost or forgotten about. We can also keep each project updated in real-time to make sure leadership knows each project's status.

in copying the tasks from the previous week to current week.
Adding tasks also is very easy. Most of the project management tools does not allow adding multiple tasks at a time. Rocketlane is very comfortable in this case as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The projects when opened displays a project in a single page with multiple tabs. The Billable and Non Billable hours are presented very clearly in the overview. Also the integration between Rocketlane and other tools like Freshsales is quite beneficial. A lot of information gets synced seamlessly

We used Rocketlane to create projects and tasks, It helped us a lot in tracking time we spent and progress I don't have any thing to dislike as of now

In Rocketlane, We can track the projects easily and the benefit we get is on-time project delivery. Overall we can plan, measure and execute the onboarding process easily.
