Solving one problem at a time
What do you like best about the product?
We initially thought the product is designed for Product companies and we are a services company. We adapted rocketlane a few months before (Dec 2021) - We have been able to onboard customers, manage teams and monitor progress of on-boarding much better than any other form of management!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this product.

NOTHING IN THE APPLICATION THAT IS DISLIKED ABOUT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UPDATING THE DAILY TASK AND BEING ACCOUNTABLE AND UP TO DATE.

Timesheet Management was the best thing i liked about rocketlane

Tasks are clear and specified and can be tracked easily.

We can check the deadline of projects and if there is any delay from the client's end so we can mention it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not available for mobile. If it is available we can track it through mobile also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can check how many hours we spent on one account this feature is very helpful for me.
My Rocketlane Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I find timesheets as the best feature of rocket lane. I am able to track the time that I spend on each of the project and can figure out which projects/tasks take most of my time in order to prioritize and manage my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike most is that while adding activities to a timesheet we can select from the activities from the last week only and not a global activity list. Also, a dashboard or time tracker is missing from rocketlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to track the time that I spend across multiple activities throughout my day at work, which includes development, meetings with customers, meeting with the team and discussion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will highly recommend others to user rocketlane in order to better track their time.
RocketLane - Project management
What do you like best about the product?
It takes care of everything that is involved in project and helps us to keep records like - development, implementation, meetings, etc. and helps you collaborate. Also we can create tasks, sub-tasks, assign owners, developers, etc. to give an entire 360 degree analytical view of the ongoing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. I am not facing any issues and there's nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing and tracking all our implementations on Rocketlane. This has made easy to track our task management and structured. Also, it gives macro-level monitoring of the projects for our team.

It reminds me of the tasks that are overdue or deadline is coming and I can comment on the issues.

The ability to put in all of my tasks and to check what I have done over a period of time is absolute bliss.

The UI can be a bit faster. It sometimes doesn't register the tasks entered.

Onboarding made simpler and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the UI/UX of the product. It is super intuitive and it definitely makes onboarding experience great for the customers too as they have better clarity around whats happening.

Nothing at this point in time to be honest.
