Absolutely the very best
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly easy to use and very well thought out. There are even some nice little easter eggs that we didn't know about that made the process so much smoother to onboard our clients. The support team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Our clients love having a very easy project management tool that they can refer to and also share with others. Our team loves having a tool that helps speed up our processes and betters our implementation methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot think of anything. If there were a "nice to have" request that we put in, the answer was always, "On the road map, coming in 1-2 months or Q4".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving our team hours of work every week, resulting in a huge ROI for our company. Our implementations are getting faster and our clients are more organized as they're able to know what's coming.
My favorite project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is the most comprehensive tool project management tool we evaluated and I'm so glad to be working with them. Everyone I've worked with there is incredibly helpful and kind and the product works great. When I experienced a small bug, my CSM and product team had it resolved in a matter of a few days. Keep up the great work!

No real downsides in my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane keeps me and my team so much more organized, and it allows us to manage tasks and timelines with internal collaborators as well as external customers.
A must use tool for Customer Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Status Update module helps me nudge my users at the customers end to take action as well as to keep the buying committee informed on the onboarding progress

I haven't identified any issues with the platform yet. The UI is a little overwhelming at times.

A Perfect Product to Help Your Customers and Yourself Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is easy to use with ways to customize for your organization. You can add as many tasks and as many milestones as you need for each project. You can add as many projects as you need.
The best thing about Rocketlane to date (having used it for about four months now) is the responsiveness of their tech support. They have made updates to the product itself in response to my requests. They also respond with detailed steps to solutions.
Their customized Product Fields allow me to add information I can sort and search on for each project. For example, I have 82 projects happening right now across 82 companies. This can be overwhelming, so using customized fields and filters, I can quickly see how all my schools using a certain database are doing or which companies have not started on a given task, etc.
The best thing about Rocketlane to date (having used it for about four months now) is the responsiveness of their tech support. They have made updates to the product itself in response to my requests. They also respond with detailed steps to solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their response to email is very quick, but I would love their Help Desk / Knowledge Base to be more robust. This would help me answer more of my own questions without having to reach out to a live person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company needs to re-onboard all of our companies every year (about 350). Trying to manage the organization of this with a very small staff is overwhelming. Rocketlane has helped with two main problems:
1. Organizing onboarding so both the customer and our company can see their progress and when they have completed it.
2. Having visibility by all team members to know what is happening with all of our companies at any time of the day or night. (We work with international companies, so this is especially helpful.)

1. Latency Issue.
2. In the timesheet, when we don't log hours against the task. On reload of the timesheet, the task gets deleted from the UI.

1. Ready-made templates make it easier to explain to clients like what the project is going to look like, timelines, and ownership with the synthetic view.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane helps in onboarding the customer seemlessly. It creates eagerness among customer to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothings anything as a downline as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we used to send a huge mail to collect the information from the customer before onboarding them to the organization. Using Rocketlane we stopped sharing boring mails with the customers instead setting up projects and provide them the visibility improves our process.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the product is extremely intuitive. Getting Rocketlane up and running was a breeze. I especially loved the fact we learned best practices on how to use Rocketlane and different tips and tricks on onboarding/implementation methodologies as we went through implementing it for our own company. As we implemented Rocketlane, we got even more excited about the software because of the flawless implementation we received from Rocketlane's team. In addition to the software being great, our Onboarding CSM, Madhu Venkatesan, shared different approaches they've taken at Rocketlane to improve the time to value for their clients getting implemented on Rocketlane. We incorporated a lot of Madhu's suggestions into the onboarding/implementation journey we built and rolled out for implementing our clients on our software using Rocketlane. Since launching Rocketlane, our clients have provided extremely positive feedback around our onboarding experience and a number of clients have inquired about what PSA software we are using. All around we are very happy!
Another thing we have loved has been the FREE customer onboarding & implementation community they have built called "Preflight". Being a member of the Preflight community gives you access to a Slack channel made up of members from all different types of companies, sizes, and industries. Preflight hosts educational webinars, office hours, and much more. It's an incredible resource we lean on frequently to get help from our peers whenever we're struggling with something and need ideas on how other companies have solved the same challenge(s) related to everything onboarding, implementation, and customer success.

What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this point, we really haven't found anything we dislike. One area of the product I recently identified that would be a "nice to have" is the ability to clone a task, phase, etc. from one "Project Template" to another already existing "Project Template". You are able to clone an entire "Template", but I don't believe you're able to clone specific portions of a template and add them to a different template. Additionally, it would be nice if you could clone tasks, phase, etc. from a "Template" into a "Project" you've already created (and also from an existing "Project" you've already created to a different "Project" you've already created as well). This would be a nice time saver when initially setting up your templates and for one-off tasks that may come up from time to time that you don't necessarily want to be included by default in every new project, but you want to have the option of adding into a project after the fact if needed. In speaking to Rocketlane's support team, it's my understanding they are working on this functionality and it should be available soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to having Rocketlane, we were managing our onboarding/implementation projects when getting a new client up and running on our software via HubSpot, spreadsheets, and email. We would attempt to track what was done and what needed to still be done, but always struggled to keep up. The worst part of our old process was the fact clients had little to no visibility of where they were on the journey. We would attempt to send recap emails and status update emails at the end of each call/week, but this often was missed because of the other manual steps that sucked up everyone's time. Now with Rocketlane, these tasks that were getting missed, are all automated! Clients have the ability to go into their project and see all of the tasks they are responsible for, what due dates are, what the status is for each task, etc. Since rolling Rocketlane out to our clients, it's been a night and day difference.
Another challenge we used to have was the notion of "When is implementation DONE for each client?! It feels like every implementation goes into a state of purgatory and we never FINISH..". We struggled with clients feeling like there wasn't really a clear point where things wrapped up and they were "live". Since launching Rocketlane, we aren't having this issue anymore. We have clearly set milestones that we review with each client at the start of every project. We agree on timelines and update dates live on the call right in Rocketlane. Clients get frequent updates on the status of their project and know exactly where things stand at all times. The impact on our business and the positive results we are seeing with our clients are phenomenal!

Easy to use, great velocity
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane was extremely easy to stand up and get running. Both our internal teams and customers have been fans of the process so far. We had our first projects set up, with our Salesforce sync and white-labeled branding all live within the first week.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few areas are still in development. CSAT reporting is great, but I'd like to cut this data in a few different ways. I'm told this is coming and so far the company has always made good on its word and I've been impressed with the velocity shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane is helping us have better accountability on how each onboarding is trending. We can see what's tracking well, overall customer satisfaction during the process as well as a having more repeatable & scalable process.
Awesome Rocket lane
What do you like best about the product?
Full visibility of the project on a single page and also they have an option for a reminder if you have missed anything we got the reminder on email and also they have CHat functionality where customer and project manager both can chat for their queries and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application is working slow it might be depending on system configuration.

Their are multiple features which they have develop for us.
