Overall an intuitive system which we expect will provide a better onboarding experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visualise timelines with dependencies together with viewing the baseline plan vs the actual timeline.

The emails can't be customised extensively - I think in the future this will need more flexibility for larger companies to be able to tailor the brand experience

What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has been easy to implement which is ideal for a SaaS product looking to improve efficiencies in its own implementations. The team were great communicators and efficient in training the team. The product interface is clean and easy to navigate and has all the tools you could need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As rocket lane grows, it would be good to see more flexibility in user interface customisation and further integrations with calendar/mail/ tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients will have a much clearer path to achieving their implementation goals through centralised information and transparency of task allocation and time lines.

What i dislike is not giving us the option for updating template over existing template.

It solves the problem for managing daily tasks in scrum and managing the project in a efficient way.

I like the fact that the whole onboarding process becomes extremely transparent and the portal is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are product flow lags which hinders the experience. This can easily be overlooked though.

Great onboarding tool and super team
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is a great tool that has helped bring structure and organization to our customer onboarding process. Our customers respond well to the collaboration facilitated by Rocketlane, and we get great feedback on the transparency in our projects. Also worth mentioning is that the Rocketlane team is super helpful and responsive. Overall a very positive experience that I would definitely recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remember to hit save after editing templates, and also, sometimes you need to refresh after you have made changes; both are minor issues.

Rocketlanes is now the place where all our onboarding processes live

The best thing I liked about the rocketlane is the great visibility and transparency to all the stakeholders. It is a great platform for a project.

The user interface can be more simple and user friendly

For me, the rocketlane is solving the issue of client onboarding as it helps in keeping the proper track of tasks and subtasks for the assignee.

* Emailing functionality is needed. Doesn't have a great email templatisation and mailing feature (say, like HubSpot). This would improve client communications further during the onboarding stage.

Rocketlane helps us plan and execute client onboarding for our SaaS platform effectively and in a timely manner while leaving a good first impression on our customers.

The interface is very easy to manage. I can share these projects with my customers with limited access.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to select the start and end date for the stage before even understanding what the task would be. Rocketlane should have a feature where the stage days auto-updated based on the start and end dates mentioned for all the tasks in the stage.

Rocketlane Team listens to your problems! We have one of their Customer Success Agent who connects frequently to understand the problems we face and try to fix them.
