My favorite thing about the platform is how easy to use it is. Intuitive design.

I'd love to see the ability to attach documents to more features.

It creates a much clearer project management visual, with better reporting, than what we used before.
Straightforward Interface & Excellent Support Program
What do you like best about the product?
While using Rocketlane, I found the interface learning steps straightforward to understand. In addition, their templating system helps to create a streamlined process right at the start of signing up. Although I found my way around rather quickly, the onboarding team from RocketLane did a fantastic job showing me the "hidden" or "less know" elements of the software that I did not know about until speaking with them. I do not doubt that someone with less tech/ interface knowledge would be able to learn the program quickly with their support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the functionality between the internal and client-facing dashboards were a bit more streamlined. For example, in Rocketlane, you can view your client's dashboard, but it only shows you a preview. If you wanted to "test" your system, you would need to create another login, sign in on another browser, and then go through the process as a "client." I feel Rocketlane could do a much better job allowing admin users to preview and "onboard" themselves to preview their system.
Second, Rocketlane is a powerful tool with lots of features. However, access to these robust tools comes with a pricing premium compared to other "project management" tools. Therefore, if your business only plans on using some features, this option might not be the best unless your team plans on using all of its offerings, like time tracking, templates, forms, quizzes, client dashboards, etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane has allowed my business to become semi-automated right out of the gate. With this tool, my company can onboard new clients (and team members) incredibly quickly without needing emails, calls, and other forms of communication. The custom templates you can build inside Rocketlane have also helped my business become more streamlined. The possibilities are endless with the type of templates you can create and use over and over for your clients. Plus, the plan I selected allows unlimited clients, so we never have to worry about user account issues.

The easy-to-build, customer-facing interface makes your project management more accessible and efficient than ever.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides. When building dashboards, the ability to pick your own colours for charts would be ideal for presentation purposes. The option to create Templates from Projects would also be beneficial, as would the ability to support the bringing in of HubSpot deal 'notes' into a project via Zapier - I understand this is currently being looked into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to provide Onboarding roadmaps to our clients in a manner that supersedes the need for Onboarding managers to write out emails to ensure the client is on track and completing tasks in the correct manner and order.
A great tool needed for any implementation

I love how intuitive the interface is and how quickly I can update a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a bit more flexibility in seeing exactly what clients see when they login (in customer view I cannot open links).

It's helping us stay on track with projects and giving clients visibility into tasks/progress etc.

Best Onboarding Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane has to be one of the most intuitive, user-friendly software I have worked with. Setup has been a breeze so far! I love the UI and ability to create templates for everything. Our once very manual onboarding process is about to become very automated!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not noticed any major downsides or dislikes. The product is ever-changing as they grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our team is growing and we are bringing on more customers we need a tool that is easy to use and allows for our team to have a centralized location for everything. We are also trying to make it easier to communicate with customers and across multiple teams internally. Rocketlane will allow us to easily work cross functionally.
Dedicated to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
What do you like best about the product?
We just started using Rocketlane and there is always a learning curve with a new program. With Rocketlane, we have received support and training every step of the way. They are quick to respond to questions and address any glitches. They also listen to customer input and are willing to make changes to fit your needs/requests as possible.

I cannot think of 1 thing that I dislike!

Rocketlane has given me the ability to create customized projects and tasks and not just use a cookie-cutter template. I use it with my clients and I also use it to organize my tasks/to-do lists.

2. The Customer Portal - You can keep your customer updated in realtime. They can access a separate portal to keep track of things
3. The ability to present the project plan to the Customer - There is a presentation option that lets you showcase your project plan to your customer right from the Rocketlane instance without having to prepare a separate PPT
4. Repository of Documents - All the collaterals can now be in one place.

It's not that I dislike it, but a couple of changes that I would like to see are as follows,
1. Storage limit is 25 MB at this point; it can be updated to, say a few GBs
2. Ability to create "View Only" kind of access (That doesn't consume your license) that can be given to people at the management level to check the reports/overview.

It's streamlining our Onboarding process big time!! It lets us create projects/tasks and helps all the stakeholders keep track of progress. The beauty of this is that you can assign tasks to the respective person responsible for taking them to completion.

Save/autosave functionality in the project template creation takes some getting used to (it's the only area that doesn't autosave)
No customisation of email notifications presentation/wording at present.
