Best onboarding software out there for startup and mid size teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer portal and the ability to view projects as the customer. The customer support of the team is very responsive and friendly; overall the platform is easy to use and implement into your organization. We use Rocketlane every day and I can't imagine not having it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to use the project tool for all customer communication for the lifecycle, not just in onboarding. I would like to be able to customize the welcome email that invites the client to the project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocketlane allows our team to reach velocity faster without losing information in cluttered email chains. Additionally, the software allows us to establish joint accountability with the client.
An excellent product and can be used for simple to complex projects and portfolio management

Rocket Lane boasts robust customization capabilities and an intuitively user-friendly interface. With integrations into key products like Jira and SFDC, it enhances your workflows. This platform proves invaluable for managing complex project activities, streamlining processes between you and your customers, and improving overall efficiency. The reduction in time for stakeholder reporting is significant, minimizing administration efforts in project and program reporting, while also maintaining an audit trail of communications with customers. From a managerial perspective, it offers diverse capabilities such as project planning, RAID log management, gross margin analysis, Time sheet, and stakeholder reporting, now featuring a useful workflow engine.

What do you dislike about the product?
The work breakdown structure will rearrange project phases according to dates. While I acknowledge the benefits of this approach, my personal preference is to maintain a consistent view with phases remaining in place, similar to most project planning tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Chat tool where customers IT policies prevent alternative chat tools

Makes tracking client progress easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that clients can access the tasks and mark them as complete. I like that clients can upload files to the secure platform that both of us can access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users have a hard time accessing the projects. The access emails often go to their junk or spam folders or get otherwise lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with the client. Rocketlane helps with file sharing between us and the client, as well as with timeline communication.

A helpful tool to track project status and monitor the project health in few clicks. Helps to track the efforts by individuals on timesheet.

Slow performance (page loading); edit changes reflection takes time while updating the project.

Very good platform to maintain the project updates and status
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use platform that allows users to handle client issues and quickly comprehend the current state, thereby providing excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I face till now is, we have to reload the page twice, when open any link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining the issues list and its status also its very clear to identity to whom the issues or task has been assigned to.
The best Onboarding Tool
What do you like best about the product?
After a deep analysis of cost/benefit, we decided to go for Rocketlane as the main Onboarding tool. It is really user-friendly, we can see all our projects and make sure we track progress, without ever missing any task or notification. It also integrates with a lot of other platforms we use on a daily basis which is very handy for internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are a bit hard to track. If we don't go inside the project we might miss some chat message because it was lost in the notifications list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact with the customer and transparency of the different tasks and phases of the projects. Not having to use e-mails for that again.

What do you like best about the product?
We have worked very hard to create a scalable and repeatable project plan. Rocketlane has made it easy to create a Project Template that we can use with each type of project. Our project template has Key Events and Milestones that we are able to track to help us improve our implemenation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, Proejct updates send based on a general template but we cannot change them prior to sending. for example some weeks there are a lot of tasks that were completed and we would only like the client to see the main tasks.

Rocketlane has helped us create a repeatable and scalable implementation process.
