A great tool to manage projects and their lifecycle
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of onboarding and a quick UI make it very pleasing to use. I check the dashboards and reports every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. The experience has been good and error free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timesheets are critical to keep track of how much we invoice our customers. We use Rocketlane as the tool to manage this.
A great tool for your Professional Services team
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple teams within our organisation use Rocketlane. I like the sleek interface and design. Managing our tasks and projects is a breeze using this system. Our resources and timesheets are also managed with Rocketlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I disliked. There were some minor bugs, but they were fixed within 2 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our projects need to run consistently for many customers. We use templates to standardise how these projects are created and assigned. Our resource teams take over after project assignment. Once timesheets are filled, we bill the customer.

The ease of onboarding to a project and transparency in things

With its simple design, cannot incorporate software development phases and stages like in other tools

Rocketlane is helping me keep all my task in one place, and making sure to track them in a simple way
Amazing All Rounder
What do you like best about the product?
Since I was part of the early access user of RL during RL launch at my org, I was able to play around with a lot of features, create some cool Dash's and also some reports which would ease my work. I feel that RL does a lot of work by itself, eventually lessening the burden on me as a PM as well as a member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I felt some access related issues can be sorted

All encompassing PMO tool with smart features and workflow automation opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
Usage of templates to create projects and the ability to create key events and intervals that are important to your own organization. Also, the standard reports that are available are a great way to get insights and discover key trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have a more interactive experience where you can go from your project overview to project performance reporting in one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RL is a one-stop shop/PMO platform that replaced 3 separate platforms. It allows us to combine critical data points, automate workflows, and look at the practice holistically. This will drive day to day efficiencies, improve data quality and identify trends/improvement opportunities. The teams are really enjoying the minimum input required for managing their projects because of the way we've set up the project templates. This standardization crucial for scalability and best in class PS Management.

Realtime updates make the project action items easy to find and track, and keep the project moving forward with efficiency.

So far, everything is wonderful. It's simple to use and keep logs on.
