What do you like best about the product?
After years of attempting to implement a system that everyone would buy into internally, we have adopted Rocketlane and are already seeing both internal and external improvements. This is easy to navigate and use, allowing transparency into our customer's onboarding journey with our company!

There is setup to be done on the front end in order to create your specific project journey.

Having a unique place to share tasks, questions, documents, statuses and manage project is a game changer.

I think there are too many features that I just can not use on its full capacity yet, but I'll keep learning and evolving with the project.

Great onboarding project tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Project visability, templates, shared spaces, chat, timesheets report. Our clients feedback on the new onboarding portal has been very positive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Program has some glitches throughout, example, one day my projects will be out of order and I can't filter them correctly then the next day they are back to the correct order, doesn't make sense and has happened a few times.
Need to refresh often.
I don't like how I have to approve mutliple time sheets for billable and non-billable (sends me multiple emails per staff member) . I need to see all hours at once per staff.

Project collaboration, especially data entry forms.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and schedule tasks for all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a perfect tool for project management and collaboration.

We are currently using Rocketlane to manage projects, measure projects and finish it on the given timelines.

Easy to track the daily tasks, it also gives notifications of the task status.

As of now there are no drawbacks, all good and carefree.

Previously i need give my time to fill the meeting schedules in the sheet, now it is easy with option "calender", now it is all good with good improvements.
