A great tool for PSOs
What do you like best about the product?
Our operations have been revolutionized, saving us hours each day in project management, resourcing and staffing. We also spend less time filling timesheets now. Rocketlane is a game changer.

Nothing I can think of right now. I like the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Insight into our business operations is great. We track utilization, invoices, our sales forecasts on the platform. Projected skills requirements over the next few months help us plan better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to keep track of new features that they release. I wish I had more time to fully utilise the platform.

Rocketlane is a great all round Onboarding and PSA platform
What do you like best about the product?
We manage both onboarding and PSA using Rocketlane. We have different portfolios of customers that are managed through custom fields inside the product. Dynamic templates are used based on these fields to create the right sort of project. This saves so much manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside to using this platform. We can easily track projects now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to see which people are allocated across which projects. This visibility is possible with Rocketlane and can be access with ease. Project risks are also surfaced on time.
Rocketlane - Efficient and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The user Interface is really amazing. I use timesheet functinality on a daily basis to record my tasks and it's really fun to use the platform because of the different functions it has. Especially I love the 'Add from Calendar' feature, it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was new to the platform,it took me a lot of time to understand all the features and functions it has. I had to google many things which consumed a lot of time.
It would be great if there were some video tutorials or handbooks about the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily utilisation is tracked very well and it becomes easy to share and get approval as everything is streamlined in the platform. So activities like time tracking, task management are handled well using rocketlane.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful and intutive tool help manage our projects and help things track easily.
I use it everyday to track my project activities. The implementation process was seamless and support from the Rocketlane team with the help of their CSM was also very proactive and they were easy to approach.

Dashboards can be little more customizable.

What do you like best about the product?
Our revenue generated is linked with projects, tasks and the timesheets that are filled in Rocketlane. This makes the invoicing customers very easy and seamless.

Not much to be critical about. Great product. The support team is responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the modern look and feel of the product. The entire team uses it.

Not much. Their support and onboarding are their strongpoint.

The resources within our team are managed by this software. The timesheets are filled once team members are assigned to a project.
User friendly and attractive UI
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketlane is very User friendly and it has an attractive UI. The timesheet interface is good too.

There is nothing as such that rocketlane can be disliked.

Rocketlane is solving the problem of mainting better project management that was difficult to maintain is previous softwares
