User friendly and very easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly and very easy to navigate this tool helps me to communicate with customers and helps us to track the onboarding process more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to set up out of office and I think the team can also improve the pace of the navigation, sometimes it's a bit slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us & our clients to track the Onboarding process in real time.
As QA tester i assign taks very easy and tracking all my issues here
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking very easily and described your work in timesheet for week or Month so that management will know how much work has progressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it lags when there are too many tasks on the screen. The page may not load and I'll need to refresh it. This only happens on our large projects.

It helps us to manage our time and track our projects

A project management tool that's used to identify customers we work with and the tasks for the said project.

I'm new to the platform and have not had too many issues.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been customers for 3 years. It seamlessly integrates with select platforms such as Salesforce. For everything else, there is an API integration that is well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a notification digest for the entire week. Too many updates for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to use a tool like Rocketlane and migrating from spreadsheets
Rocketlane provides lots of features and is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Tracks everything that we work on from many departments. It helps surface where our time is spent and what demand the business has from clients. The resource management is used to understand how many of our employees are busy during the current quarter!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no easy way to find a project that I accidentally deleted. I have to reach out to support. But they are able to bring it back to life!

What do you like best about the product?
Our source of information for project plans, resource management and allocation of time to different projects. The scheduler feature is especially useful to plan our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more intuitive and easier to setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workload of the team is visible to everyone using the tool. It's easy to track and reporting is great once it has been setup.

Ease of use, Interface and the various integration with my office apps like teams and outlook calender

Sometimes i have to upadate the category of each task, which is time consuming

Easy to use and less time consuming to use. The workflow of the team is managed using Rocketlane.
It is very easy to use and so efficient. I like the timetables and functionality within Rocketlane.

It does take some time to update the projects or tasks when you change their status.

Miscommunication and unclarity. THis helps us stay transparent and on top of the project tasks along with our onboarding customers.

I can see what my team is doing and where we need to proactively pick up the pace.

Somewhat manual to ensure tasks are completed. Integration with Outlook to automate some tasks would be helpful. Honestly, this capablity may exist and we have not adopted it yet as an org?

Centralized project management - visibility.
Pretty great for a relatively new player in the project management space
What do you like best about the product?
Their support team is super invested and interested in helping you make the product work for you. It may take a while to get the hang of it if you are used to using another product but it's pretty intuitive. I like being able to loop people in outside of your company - really useful if you are client-facing and have action items for your clients to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project templates do not always automatically save which can result in lost work. Not necessarily a downside but one thing that would be "nice to have": a favorites/starred list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our company keep big multi-faceted projects on schedule by making it easy to view each others' progress and blockers, across multiple departments and teams.
