Great place to keep track of projects and priorities
What do you like best about the product?
Single source of truth for notes. Project plans and the ability to create templates

Glitchy at times. Some layouts/views can be more confusing than others

Keeping all of my notes in one place that can be shared internally and customer facing

Fantastic platform for customer onboarding and implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer portal is a really fantastic feature that offers real time project visibility to customers. With the task assignment, it also items for which the customer is responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
We frequently work with other consultants, often across customer companies and projects. There is not a really straightforward way to invite these other consultants to participate in projects.
The "partner" section of the software seems intended to handle this, but requires additional licensing expenses for people who often just need to be aware of what's going on in the project.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us better manage customer onboarding and software implementation.
Seemless experience and user friendly - I put 8 only because of limited search functionalities.
What do you like best about the product?
Customer dashboard is useful as we can share important updates with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more search functionalities for example searching comments of tasks since they may include solutions.

centralising team management in terms of bookings at one end and translating all the work being done to customer dashboards on the other end.
Rocktelan is a professional platform for Project Managment, Resource Allocation and timesheets

I like Rockletane UI and the the flexibile enough to make changes

I don't have anything for now. May be the products updates as coneveyed exclusively to the Users

Rockletane is used to manage Utilization and resource allocation and mainly for Project Management
RL is really good and handy

the left hand tabs which are the shortcut for day to day business

Nothing is wrong with Rocket Lane for the functions I use

Easy to use tool and gives a good overview of project status

Ability to filter out project with various stages, and customisation of the project objectives, assignment of project activities to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It currently doesnt have the ability to mark all stages of a project as completed. I have to individually mark all as completed.

I am part of the presales team, and we track the number of deals a presales consultant is currently working on and their stage in the POC process.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this portal to organize and track projects. Each time I need a feature their support has been very helpful in figuring out how to make an automation that achieves what we need. We track IT projects for over 100 clients in this platform.

Sometime the automations are a bit confusing to figure out.

It is solving the project tracking problem. It is allowing us to better track the project and communication associated.

Keeps all of our projects in a neat and orderly fashion.

I think RocketLane is perfect the way it is.

It is solving our project organzation. It keeps us accountable for all of our projects and makes sure we meet deadlines.
