Kore.ai provides a powerful and highly customizable conversational AI platform that enables seamless automation across customer support, internal operations and digital channels
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is robust, the initial learning curve can be steep for newcomers. The UI, although feature-rich, sometimes feels overwhelming due to the number of configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is solving the challenge of delivering consistent, scalable, and intelligent, customer and employee experience through conversational AI, We were facing limitations with human-only support models and needed a solution that could automate repetitive quries, reduce response times, and operate 24/7 across multiple channel

1. There are 4 types of products to build the bots.
2. It is a low-code, no-code platform.
3. Based on the requirements, we have nodes to build.
4. Chat and voice bot building.
5. There are different roles while implementing the bots. Based on the roles, we can send it to others for testing.
6. Customer support is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
The best tool to design a chatbot. I enjoyed the training session. The mentor was very well versed with the concepts and she was able to clarify all queries. The entire session was very wonderfully conducted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel there is anything that I dislike about the platform. It is very well curated.

Kore.ai has helped me build easy chatbot within a few hours with low code systems. I love how easy it is to use and grab hands on over.
