Kore.ai makes AI agents easy for marketing & suport
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to spin up an agent for our marketing team or our customer support folks. The drag-and-drop builder is realy intuitive, and our dev team can still go deeper with code when they need to. It's also cool how multiple agents can work together and share context; our helpdesk bot can hand off to a billing bot w/out loosing the thread. It comes with strong security and complianc features, and we were able to plug it into Salesforce and Slack w/out any headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curv when you first set it up, and some of the advanced features require more training. The licencing cost might be Also, I'd love if there were more ready-made templates for marketing-specific usecases.high for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai helps us handle huge volumen of customer inquiries without adding headcount. Our marketing team can pull up data from across CRM and knowledge base quickly, and our operatons folks can automate repetitive tasks. It improves response time and gives us consistant messaging while freeing up humans for higher level work.

Early adaptor to the market. Provide values in early stage.

Not scalable for long term so we had to move to different platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Kore.ai’s low-code/no-code environment, which makes designing complex flows simple and efficient. Its robust utterance and pattern recognition ensure accurate responses, while GenAI integration adds intelligence. Direct API connectivity for tasks like booking flights or purchases is so seamless that even a person blindfolded about technology could easily book flights if the Kore.ai bot is integrated with a website, making the platform versatile, powerful, and incredibly user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kore.ai can feel overwhelming for beginners due to its many features and complex configurations. Large workflows may face latency, and version control options are limited. Documentation and support could be more comprehensive, and for smaller teams, the enterprise-level pricing may make adoption challenging compared to lighter, simpler alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI can solve may problems like for any booking system like for travel agency or flight booking agency, using kore.ai bot users can book flights or bus just by chatting with the bot. They simply give them the date and destination and ticket can be booked easily without complications.

The design and the features which do not necessarily need someone to write code

There are some bugs sometimes, in some fields after saving, it doesn’t save properly

It is solving many use case problems for big companies, instead of searching for the information of the company, you can just talk to the bot and it will answer

If session language is in Hinglish then it more helpfull for students also

Automation has its own downsides and not all companies are ready for this switch yet specially the one which focuses on human touch point.

Being a BSP , Kore was an obvious choice to partner and help businesses automate their mundane task and help them enrich their customer experience.

The instructor was really helpful in understanding the BOT implementation concepts using multiple examples.

The kore.ai platform is sometimes unstable and causes glitches while saving any configurations.

Kore.ai is upto speed with the market trends specifically on the conversational IVR and chatbot perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Kore.ai is the way it gives full control for building smart bots. Everything is in one place. The platform makes it easy to test, plug LLMs, and connect to external data using RAG and usage search. No need to depend on multiple tools — everything is smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank, the platform is quite strong overall, but one area that can be improved is the response latency when working with LLMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai solves key enterprise challenges like automating customer support, IT service desks, and complex workflows using conversational AI. For me, as a test engineer, it helps by providing a unified platform to build, test, and integrate bots with LLMs and external data sources easily. This reduces manual work, speeds up bot deployment, and improves accuracy in data retrieval with Agentic RAG—making my job efficient and reliable.
Powerful Platform for Building Smart Virtual Assistants
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Kore.ai makes it easy to build Virtual Assistants and train them using utterances with support from ML, Knowledge Graph, and Ranking for accurate intent detection
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we train Dialog Tasks, the updates don’t reflect immediately, which can slow down testing and validation
