What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build the flow and test the bot and many features are available. integration is also easy/
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform issue are more . Though the flow is proper platform issues are found whenever tested

Connecting with customers have been easy and transfer to agent with the summary of the call

What do you like best about the product?
AI for banking, plenty of pre built intents with room for growth. Nice enhancements coming in 2.0
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support between opening a ticket and customer success. Kore could use an on- shore Technical Account manager level to facilitate ticket resolution, technical support

Great Features, but Complex Implementation and Short Trial Period

What do you like best about the product?
Features that are available in order to build a single app with multiple functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process is somewhat complex and can be difficult to navigate. Additionally, the limited trial period poses a challenge, as it is hard to find enough time to attend the sessions and complete the assessments for all the Kore products within the 14-day trial window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently exploring the platform and still in the learning phase. I have not started using it for any business purposes yet.

Best feature of using Kore.AI

What do you like best about the product?
The best part I liked about Kore.AI from a developer perspective is that it offers all possible features in SDLC. It offers log analytics using dashboards which reduces a lot of effort, where in case of some other tools, the log analysis is done integrating some other monitoring and observability tools in the market.
It is compatible to integrate in case of cloud or on-premise accordingly and provides secure API's for banking.
It is easy to implement the features to develop with or without code.
In terms of using the AI agents, most of the IT support work is automated like ticket management or request management in an org. This makes it easy to raise requests or orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of community, when we go deep into developing and encounters an error or need some info, there is a small community and is still expanding, so we need to rely on the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates most of the work which was previously done by the IT support team in orgs. Provides support like info,req management etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI stands out for its highly intuitive and AI-driven conversational platform. I like how it enables seamless automation across multiple channels, integrates smoothly with enterprise systems, and provides low-code/no-code tools for building intelligent virtual assistants.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no reason to dislike it, I would say sometimes the platform feels a bit complex at the beginning, and it takes time to learn all the features. A few integrations also need extra effort to set up. But once you get used to it, it works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is helping us automate repetitive customer and employee queries, which saves a lot of time and reduces workload for our teams. it’s helping us provide better service while freeing up people to focus on more important tasks

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a user friendly environment for building and deploying complex AI applications without writing extensive code.it is a no code platform which i like most
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally I didn’t find any cons but little bit slowness is there maybe it will be fix in future days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the biggest benefit is the efficiency and ease it brings. Instead of spending extra time navigating complex tools, I can get what I need in seconds through a simple chat interface. It also reduces errors and makes the overall experience smoother, whether it’s for employees or customers. In short, it saves time, cuts down frustration, and lets me focus more on meaningful work rather than routine tasks.

1. It’s multi channel support - Which allows to deploy bots across different channels like websites, mobile apps, messaging platforms and even voice assistants.

2. Customization - offers lots of customization options, from building bots with no code to more advanced configuration for developers for deeper control

1. Complexity for beginners - the overall platform can be quite complex for someone who is new to chatbot development as it offers no code option

more simple answers, Pricing and licensing may be on the higher side for smaller businesses.

I will use for my day-to-day task to save more time on those particular tasks , it really save lot of time for me in order better understanding of the code ,debug and many more
