Effective End-to-End AI Agent Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the Kore.AI platform became much easier to use after an initial learning curve. I started building creative AI agents and successfully delivered numerous demos to our customers. I find the support from the team, including support staff and sales personnel, to be very helpful, which greatly assisted in overcoming challenges. Additionally, receiving on-site training from the Kore.AI team significantly contributed to this positive experience. I find the platform's capability to streamline the process of creating end-to-end AI agents quite advantageous, as it assists us from start to finish in building these agents. The ability to replace normal RPA and chatbots with AI agents is particularly noteworthy as it enhances our workflow and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some initial difficulties using the Kore.AI platform.

Kore.AI helps us create end-to-end AI agents, replacing normal RPA and chatbots, thus improving our process reliability and efficiency.
Powerful Automation and Security, But Steep Learning Curve and Slow Support
What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai offers scalable and intelligent automation that can be customized to meet the specific needs of enterprises. In addition, it provides robust security and compliance features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kore.ai can feel complex initially; mastering advanced workflows takes time. occasional response delays and slower support during implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai solves fragmented services and operations by deploying enterprise AI agents that automate customer support, IT, HR, and back-office workflows across chat, voice, and digital channels, reducing manual effort and accelerating end-to-end resolution. This benefits me with measurable cost savings, faster response times, higher CSAT, and productivity gains validated by customer stories and enterprise benchmarks

This flexibility is a huge plus, as it allows businesses to tailor their AI solutions to their unique requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Kore.AI XO 11 is how it significantly enhances the end-to-end conversational AI development experience. The new release brings a more intuitive design interface, improved GenAI-powered features, and streamlined deployment options, making it easier to build, test, and scale bots efficiently.
I particularly appreciate the AI-assisted dialog design and intent discovery tools, which help speed up bot creation while maintaining accuracy. The advanced analytics, knowledge AI, and omnichannel integration capabilities also make XO 11 a robust platform for delivering consistent, intelligent experiences across multiple touchpoints.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I’m really impressed with the capabilities of XO 11 — particularly the generative AI, unified sessions, and improved dialog builder — I do recognise that:
The migration / upgrade path from earlier versions can add complexity (especially for legacy bots or custom flows).
Language support and localization are still catching up, so for global roll-outs there may be extra effort.
Because of the richness of features, it can feel quite enterprise-heavy for smaller teams or non-technical users, so enabling the right training/skills is key.
Some integrations and modules are still flagged as “coming soon” or with limitations, so I'd make sure we audit those for our use-case.
My approach would be: build a migration/roll-out plan, ensure the team has support, prioritise early testing of integration and localisation, and continuously feedback to the vendor on any gaps.

Easy Flow Implementation with Low-Code Simplicity

IT is a low code platform which allows users to implement flows easily and effectively

It is helping in developing different chat bots for the clients to automate their monotonous tasks and to give quick solutions to the clients
Easy to Build, But Platform Issues Need Attention

Easy to build the flow and test the bot and many features are available. integration is also easy/

Platform issue are more . Though the flow is proper platform issues are found whenever tested

Innovative AI Features, But Support Needs Improvement

AI for banking, plenty of pre built intents with room for growth. Nice enhancements coming in 2.0

Lack of support between opening a ticket and customer success. Kore could use an on- shore Technical Account manager level to facilitate ticket resolution, technical support

Great Features, but Complex Implementation and Short Trial Period
What do you like best about the product?
Features that are available in order to build a single app with multiple functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process is somewhat complex and can be difficult to navigate. Additionally, the limited trial period poses a challenge, as it is hard to find enough time to attend the sessions and complete the assessments for all the Kore products within the 14-day trial window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently exploring the platform and still in the learning phase. I have not started using it for any business purposes yet.
Best feature of using Kore.AI
What do you like best about the product?
The best part I liked about Kore.AI from a developer perspective is that it offers all possible features in SDLC. It offers log analytics using dashboards which reduces a lot of effort, where in case of some other tools, the log analysis is done integrating some other monitoring and observability tools in the market.
It is compatible to integrate in case of cloud or on-premise accordingly and provides secure API's for banking.
It is easy to implement the features to develop with or without code.
In terms of using the AI agents, most of the IT support work is automated like ticket management or request management in an org. This makes it easy to raise requests or orders.

In terms of community, when we go deep into developing and encounters an error or need some info, there is a small community and is still expanding, so we need to rely on the support team.

It automates most of the work which was previously done by the IT support team in orgs. Provides support like info,req management etc.
