What do you like best about the product?
As a user, what I appreciate most about Kore.AI is how easy it makes building and managing virtual assistants. Even for someone who doesn’t come from a deep technical background, but the platform’s low-code interface and guided workflows helped me get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are lot of minor bugs in XO11 platform which can be a hassle sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, Kore.AI has proven to be a dependable platform for developing agentic solutions. Its user-friendly drag-and-drop interface and thoughtfully organized dialog builder make the process straightforward. The implementation phase went smoothly, aided by comprehensive templates and clear documentation. Whenever I encountered challenges, their customer support team was quick to assist. I use Kore.AI regularly, and I’m consistently impressed by its extensive range of features, including NLP, agent assist, analytics, and support for multi-channel deployment. Integrating with external systems such as CRMs and RPA tools was uncomplicated, which helped me seamlessly incorporate the platform into existing workflows. All in all, Kore.AI stands out as a reliable and adaptable choice for enterprise-level conversational AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Kore.AI offers considerable power, there are several aspects that could use improvement. The initial learning curve is somewhat steep, particularly when working with advanced features such as custom NLP configurations or designing complex bot flows. At times, the platform can feel restrictive when attempting to implement highly customized agentic behaviors, and troubleshooting within the dialog builder is not always intuitive. Additionally, although integrations typically work well, some enterprise connectors demand extra setup or customization, and the documentation for these cases is lacking. Finally, while the UI is functional, it would benefit from being more responsive and modern in certain areas to enhance overall usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI has been instrumental in addressing the challenge of creating scalable, intelligent conversational agents capable of managing complex workflows and integrating smoothly with enterprise systems. Personally, I have found it particularly valuable for automating repetitive tasks, enhancing both customer and employee interactions, and providing real-time support through agentic solutions. Its capacity to design context-aware conversations and connect with tools such as CRMs and RPA platforms has significantly reduced manual work, resulting in a more efficient and responsive overall experience.

Best bot framework currently in market.
Have wide range of features and functionality including CCaaS platform.
Covers almost all aspects for industry ready product.
Awesome community platform

Costly license in comparison to other Conversation AI bots.
Botkit implementation is quite complex.
Should have few example codes available on Github

The best problem it solves is Omni-Channel with multi-language support bot platform.
Wide ranges of Channel support (need improvement for email channel)

What do you like best about the product?
First thing i like about it is the ui which easier to guide us throughout. and the secodn part which i liked is the usage of llm that can be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem I have is with the platform itself. While I am building the app, it tends to crash, which I find to be the biggest drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI has made our work smoother and faster. The virtual assistants are smart, easy to set up, and work across chat, voice, and websites.It saves time by answering common questions instantly.

The combination of contact center features with AI, as well as the inclusion of search and automation AI, stands out to me.

I like all the features. However, there are times when it doesn't work as expected, likely because the app is constantly being improved.

For chatbot and agentic scenarios, Kore.AI facilitates efficient handling of repetitive queries, streamlines workflows, and enhances response accuracy through its advanced NLU capabilities.
Personally, I’ve experienced significant benefits such as reduced manual workload, faster deployment, and improved user satisfaction due to the platform’s consistent and context-aware interactions. The flexible integration options and robust analytics tools further support ongoing optimization, making it easier to refine performance and boost engagement over time.
In addition, the use of XO10/11 has added tremendous value to my agentic solution development. These frameworks provide enhanced modularity, better orchestration of tasks, and improved control over agent behavior, allowing for more dynamic and intelligent automation. This has helped me build more responsive and scalable solutions that align closely with business needs.

Great NLU Features, But Digital Forms Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
NLU related features are very good. We have flexibility to configure between Entity capture and Intent capture. The platform is user friendly as compared to most of the bot platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digital Forms are worst. We can only invoke them with click of button, but they should appear as it is in the original chat conversation, not as a separate popup or screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Kore AI, we can easily build chat and voice bot solutions very quickly. It is very easy to build bots with it and anyone can learn this platform. We can also customize the solution by writing our own code in it.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its user-friendly interface, making it accessible even for beginners. I also appreciate how simple it is to create new conversations, as well as the integration of advanced LLM technology that consistently provides relevant answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues so far. However, I think Kore could consider increasing the 50,000 token limit provided with the standard edition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has led to a noticeable improvement in overall contact centre efficiency. Additionally, it has contributed to higher revenue and greater productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The use of AI is present throughout the conversation, from interpreting questions to formulating answers. It really gives the feeling of talking to another person. It is possible to integrate several AI engines, in addition to having one's own. It offers numerous configuration parameters for the use of AI, allowing for very precise adjustments. The interface for building dialogue flows is very clear and visual, which makes it easy to explain its operation even to those who have no knowledge about chatbots. Furthermore, self-management is complete: all necessary tasks can be performed from the same platform, without relying on a support area to get the chatbot up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I disliked on the Kore.AI platform.

What do you like best about the product?
As a software developer, what I appreciate most about Kore.ai is its comprehensive conversational AI platform that simplifies the entire bot building lifecycle. I particularly value the ability to design, train, deploy, and analyze virtual assistants all within a single environment. The flexibility it offers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and combine their strengths with the platform's proprietary NLU (Natural Language Understanding) models is a huge advantage. This allows me to quickly create robust, scalable, and contextual conversational experiences, significantly reducing development complexity and accelerating time-to-market. It's a powerful tool for orchestrating complex, enterprise-level bots
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, what I dislike most about Kore.ai is that, despite its great power and abundance of features, the platform can sometimes feel too complex or a bit rigid when I try to make very deep customizations or utilize agile development workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI solves the problem of complexity and time-to-market in developing conversational AI at an enterprise scale. For me as a developer, this translates into the direct benefit of accelerated development and reduced integration effort. Instead of building the complex NLU, backend, and orchestration infrastructure from scratch, I can use their low-code platform and pre-built connectors for enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.). This allows me to focus on the business logic and user experience, delivering end-to-end virtual assistant solutions that are inherently scalable and secure much faster than with traditional development.
