Effortless Low-Code Development with Flexible Customization with Pro-Code, Support Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable aspect of the Kore.AI platform ecosystem is how easy it is to develop solutions using its low-code and no-code features, while still offering the flexibility for customization through pro-code capabilities. Additionally, it supports integration with various middleware systems like botkit and webSDK, among others. Kore.ai strikes an ideal balance between low-code/no-code tools for quick development of virtual agents and automation systems, and giving developers the control they need for more advanced customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a business perspective, I don't find any features in Kore.ai that I particularly dislike. On the other hand, as a developer, I have observed that new support tickets may occasionally take some time to be addressed. Still, considering how mature the Kore.ai platform is and the size of its client base, some delays are understandable, especially when weighed against the extensive feature set it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai assisted us in automating a variety of use cases related to HR, ITSM, and our internal knowledge base, which has improved productivity and efficiency for different stakeholders within the organization. Additionally, the agent-building capabilities of Kore.ai enabled us to automate workflow approvals, resulting in a 30% increase in approval rates. The implementation of Kore.ai's contact center has also enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving queries more efficiently and has allowed our customer support teams to use their time more effectively.

Impressive AI Automation, But Needs Better Adaptability
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features integrated into the system are a significant improvement. The way AI is used to automate tasks, such as in search and automation within the chatbot, is truly impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system definitely needs improvement. I encountered several bugs in the latest version of XO. For example, the sub intent feature did not function as expected, and there were occasions when the chatbot crashed and failed to perform as it should.

Kore.ai offers a range of features that make it easy to use and require fewer people for development. Additionally, it simplifies the process of monitoring issues and identifying errors.

I recently completed the Conversational AI course using Kore.AI and also built a few projects based on what I learned—and I have to say, I genuinely loved the experience.

The tools and features are well thought out, and the platform gives you a lot of flexibility whether you're working with no-code or diving into custom logic.

Some advanced features take a bit of time to understand, and the interface can occasionally feel slow when working on complex bots. Also, having more flexibility in the free tier would be great for learners. But overall, it’s a solid platform and I’d still highly recommend it!

I use Kore.AI regularly, and I’m consistently impressed by its extensive range of features, including NLP, agent assist, analytics, and support for multi-channel deployment. Integrating with external systems such as CRMs and RPA tools was uncomplicated, which helped me seamlessly incorporate the platform into existing workflows. All in all, Kore.AI stands out as a reliable and adaptable choice for enterprise-level conversational AI.

While Kore.AI offers considerable power, there are several aspects that could use improvement. The initial learning curve is somewhat steep, particularly when working with advanced features such as custom NLP configurations or designing complex bot flows. At times, the platform can feel restrictive when attempting to implement highly customized agentic behaviors, and troubleshooting within the dialog builder is not always intuitive. Additionally, although integrations typically work well, some enterprise connectors demand extra setup or customization, and the documentation for these cases is lacking. Finally, while the UI is functional, it would benefit from being more responsive and modern in certain areas to enhance overall usability.

First thing i like about it is the ui which easier to guide us throughout. and the secodn part which i liked is the usage of llm that can be done.

The main problem I have is with the platform itself. While I am building the app, it tends to crash, which I find to be the biggest drawback.

The combination of contact center features with AI, as well as the inclusion of search and automation AI, stands out to me.

I like all the features. However, there are times when it doesn't work as expected, likely because the app is constantly being improved.
