Good platform
What do you like best about the product?
I actually liked using kore.ai for making a chatbot and its pretty simple to use, make on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site and instructions are pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think its removing the need for learning everything for basic and utilising the basic algos available currently.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature are the best thing about kore.AI, it provides a lot of features to developers to quickly develop a virtual agent and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bot builder is a bit laggy, sometimes it does not work so need to do a hard refresh

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like Kore.AI is very easy to implement the Virtual Assistant or Chatbots which can help in customer support. while using this platform, no where i felt like it is tool. It has given feel of Human Interaction. GenAI inbuild capabilities is really helping us to implement the Dialog flows and it is very easy to integrate the other platforms by activate the channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no much of Dislikes, but sometimes the platform is taking more time to reflect the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is helping us more in customer support to address the complex incidents and best part like about it is Agent Transfer where not only bot interaction we can also connect with live agent. It is really reducing the time of address the end user queries and provide the quick solutions with accuracy.

The claim of KoreAI stands true because being a developer the ease of creating a conversational AI solution was something un-imaginable. The deployment is also very seamless with the ease of integrating and implementing with multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bug fixes which can be worked upon, like data check in the forms and compulsory use of scripts while auto populating forms based on context data.

Instead of writing long tedious code KoreAI provides a very simple low code solution which facilitates for steady creations of virtual assistants.

I dislike that frequently using bookmarks causes them to shift positions, which makes them difficult to manage and edit.

What do you like best about the product?
The latest version of platform now integrates Generative AI in all the possible ways, making it even easier for us to create chatbots and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random stutters and glitches while using the platform. it doesn't properly load the dialogflows some times.

We had implemented some internal chatbots within JnJ. those are completly built on kore.ai from ground up. it includes internal ticketing systems, answering FAQs related to this system
