Life changing for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Just about every tool and measurement of success needed to manage and maintain our social media content is accessible through Hootsuite. I love that you can integrate just about any social media channel with ease. Scheduling is probably the tool I use most frequent. And it makes implementing your social media plans a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using Hootsuite is that I would love it if we could keep track of our email and podcast success metrics. Other than that I love Hootsuite and how easy ans stress free it is to navigate through the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts and not have to worry about timing or forgetting to post. Hootsuite suggests appropriate timing, it can post on all social media channels at once, it even has a hashtag suggestion feature which is incredible. It cuts the time we usually spend planning, implementing and executing in half.

What do you like best about the product?
I think, in all, it is a serviceable platform for posting on social media and automating such actions. I do like the comprehensive analytic measurement system, particularly brand awareness metrics and reports that make it easy to disseminate to clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, particularly during our most recent 3 year contract, the customer service has really fallen short. The fact is, there were features we were promised when we signed our 3 year agreement that never came to fruition and never really operated as intended. Promises were made by the customer service department that they could not keep and never happened, and, for what we are paying for the software, that is simply unacceptable to us. We also had a lot of trouble not only with accounts disconnecting at random intervals, but getting a straight answer when requesting assistance with such problems. Accounts would also be manually reconnected by us as requested, but it would take overnight for the system to recognize the reconnection making it impossible to utilize the platform to actually disseminate content for the client leading to missed posts and opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem of managing multiple social media accounts for a number of clients in one place. We were hopeful when we signed our contract that bulk posting and bulk creation would be more up to speed than they ended up being, and that AI writing would have progressed much further with the advancements in Gemini and ChatGPT, but we have found that not to be the case despite promises to the contrary.

I appreciate the ongoing enhancements and new features being added to the application, as well as the integration of AI capabilities.

The collaboration features are not working as they should.

Scheduling for mutliple social media accounts at the same time, and analytics are not 100% accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule posts across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — all from one dashboard. The built-in analytics help track performance in real-time, and the approval workflow is smooth for team collaboration. It saves a lot of time thanks to its ease of use and strong integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel outdated, and the mobile app isn’t as responsive or intuitive as the desktop version. Also, certain advanced features (like deeper analytics and extra user accounts) require a more expensive plan, which can feel a bit costly as your team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of juggling multiple social media platforms and inconsistent posting. It centralizes everything into one dashboard so I can schedule content, track performance, and engage with my audience all in one place. It’s helped me stay consistent, save time, and grow my brand with less stress. The analytics also help me make smarter decisions about what content actually works.
Great Platform, friendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a refreshing experience from Promobox. easy to share all my content on social media through my brands page. love the scheduler they have so I don't have to worry about constantly updating my page, its easy as 1..2..3 and the whole month in set with their scheduler for social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish hootsuite would implement paid adds like other platforms, sometimes dealing with paid adds is a hassle and I would love more help to make sure adds run as efficient as possible. I understand how complicated dealing with Meta and other social media platforms can be but I hope they consider this in the future which would really make it a wholesome platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of use, and getting all the social content from my preferred brand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the way it suggests hashtags, helps rewrite text and even has a library of images you can use. We use it a fair bit as an organisation and its never down or has any real issues apart from some accounts sometimes disconnecting (which i think is from the other platforms side!)

What do you dislike about the product?
The costing is getting too much and I think the reports could be streamlined or look better.
Custome support is via email messages which can be annoying as an instant messenger service would be better i believe then waiting for emails back and formward

What do you like best about the product?
I find it most helpful that I can schedule posts in advance. It's especially nice I can do it for multiple social profiles, because i know sometimes you can schedule posts in advance directly in the social app but I don't know any other way to do it for multiple social profiles. I also like how there is no limit to how far in advance you can schedule posts and how many you can schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I ever have is a time not be suggested for the time to post at for a certain day. Not a big deal to select my own time and hope for the best though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't work every week day and I often am timezones drastically different than my company and my ideal clients. This makes it pretty much impossible for me to frequently post in real time. Hootsuite saves the day by letting me schedule all my social media posts in advance.
A very good product for social media management on the major platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Creating posts for multiple platforms is very pleasant and it is very easy to do.
We have rarely needed customer support so far. However, it was always quick and friendly assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2 problem areas: you cannot create threads for X/twitter and unfortunately (yet) there is no way to post on Bluesky. When that becomes possible, it would be great if you could also create threads directly.

Unfortunately, there is still no connection to Bluesky or Google Business Profile.
