What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes my work life 100 times easier with their social media management software & auto-scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile isn't as great as I wish it was it was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management!!

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Hootsuite Pro user, and I like how many streams I'm able to use with my accounts. I can monitor my own accounts as well as monitor industry happenings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics tools are great, but I don't like that you have to pay for "points" to access their full capabilities. I also don't like that it doesn't work 100% with certain platforms, ie, with LinkedIn, if you post a photo, it shows up as an owly link instead of an actual photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to schedule all of my posts at the beginning of each week, which frees up my time throughout the week to create new content or monitor the feeds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fantastic tool for scheduling & monitoring. Works great with Twitter & Facebook, not as great with LinkedIn (although it does work in a pinch). Even if you are a Pro member you need to pay extra for full analytics, so unless you're ready to shell out more cash, don't rely on it for analytics. The analytics I've seen are pretty comprehensive though.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to knock out multiple client social media platforms all on one app (mobile friendly too!)
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Instagram isn't fully integrated, but that's not Hootsuite's fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much faster and efficient at scheduling social media posts in advance for all our clients. It's a time saver for sure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please read directions on how to use Instagram effectively first! It's easy to lose posts if you don't know how the platforms work together

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts and interact with customers in one place. I also like how they have included a url shortener and a way to edit the image shown for each post. It also sends monthly reports to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really - I can't complain... it meets our needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiency and planning. being able to schedule my posts have become a big part of how I operate our social media.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add multiple twitter accounts is a HUGE plus for me. With one click I can share all at once or go back and forth between brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up is not as intutitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small businesses don't have the budgets of large corporations for a pricey solution. Hootsuite, allows multiple team members the ability to monitor and to post to numerous social profiles. Not only is it well-priced, it's a time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can bulk schedule my posts for our various social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface, it feels a little clunky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to schedule mass quantities of postings on various platforms, I've been able to bulk schedule and it has saved me a lot of time. Other benefits I've realized are the analytical sections that HootSuite provides.

Good for multiple profiles and limited time

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for posting the same/similar posts across multiple platforms. When I post press releases, for example, I can hit two Facebooks, two Twitters, and a LinkedIn in one shot. Much more Twitter friendly than Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each platform has different rules, so I find that posting to both Facebooks and then separately posting to both Twitters works best. Like when I try to tag other companies/people, Twitter will pick up the @ just fine, but Facebook freaks out. I have to log in to the separate Facebooks and edit the post I just made from Hootsuite to capture the right @. Also, Facebook won't automatically delete the url when posted from Hootsuite. I have to again log in to Facebook and delete the url. So I should just post from Facebook to begin with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of bandwidth. We are a very small team that manages several entities, so anything that allows me to work quickly and efficiently, with the least amount of falling through the cracks possible, is good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use the tool for social media management, but don't forget that it's a great tool for monitoring also! It provides a dashboard to watch what people are saying about your company.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule social media posts and collaborate on posts with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you still have to manually post pictures to Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time, being consistent with our social media and reaching a broader audience. We have gotten more exposure, more followers and we hope they would eventually morph into more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helps you stay organized and consistent with your social media posts. It also makes posting a lot easier when you can type into a computer (spell check, easy proofreading) rather than the small screen inside each platform.

It constantly disconnects the social media accounts you add into it.

Less time spent going to individual media platforms overall.

It's fine if you're looking for something free/cheap, but you do get what you pay for.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to schedule posts for multiple sites, even if you are not inside the suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be easier to use. Requires a lot more intuition than some of us don't have. The free courses they have are good but they are too basic, could teach a bit more how to succeed with the software in our roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple brands so it is easy to post on multiple sites, for multiple brands, as I need. Has some reports that are very useful and all in one place (rather than going site by site). They also email me summaries of results which is helpful.
