What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite makes scheduling content across all our social platforms easy and cohesive. We really enjoy the Analytics dashboard as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides of HootSuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just launched new social platforms for our company and rebranded our existing platforms, so using HootSuite has helped us make our content uniform and organized.

Easy, reliable social media planning!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can plan multiple platforms of content for weeks at a time. Being able to plan the same post for multiple platforms but tweak it to that specific platform saves so much time! I use Hootsuite daily at my job and rarely run into issues. Hootsuite easily integrates with all platoforms we utilize at my job and which makes them all work seamlessly together, giving me more time to focus on content creation and other aspects of my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside to Hootsuite is how it is sometimes difficult to tag companies, users, etc. when planning content. It is easier for me to go into the post on each platform after posting to tag companies, users, etc but it would be much quicker if Hootsuite was better adapted to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning content across mutliple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows scheduling for months in advance on all the major social platforms. It has some basic editing tools and growing AI integration to make these processes efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weak customer service and an inability to keep up with the latest developments on these platforms are downsides. Features like recognizing premium membership features and integrating platform-specific editing tools would make Hootsuite more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsite allows us to manage and egage with multiple social platforms in the same platform. It also enable us to set up team to collaborate on projects on which we would otherwise have difficulty communicating.

What do you like best about the product?
The stats are pretty good and once you load them into ChatGPT you actually get something that makes sense. Wish it would be a bit more sorted and clear inside Hootsuite. The planner is good and works most of the time. Would be nice to change the original post in the admin for all social channels, if needed and not to have to open each scheduled post by itself and change things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can t share directly to some socialmedia platforms, such as YouTube or Instagram Stories. I guess that s an API problem, though. Not cheap. My clients often don t want to spend that amount of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and making one post, which after goes to many social media channels. Where is BlueSky, btw?

Easy to use and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootesuite to be pretty intuitive and easy to use. I like the ability to plan/schedule my social media posts and see them laid out on a calendar. I particularly like the ability to resize my images and also like the preview feature, so I can see how it will appear across my various social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit buggy sometimes. I have found that I might schedule the same post to go out across my 4 social media channels, but will get an email to say that one failed to upload, so will need to manually upload it again. And in rare cases, I might have an email saying that it has failed to upload, so I will upload it manually, but then there are two identical posts, one of which I will have to delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to manage my 4 social media channels in one central place. By having it all centralised, it saves me so much time. I also like the ability to craft each post to best suit each platform that it will be displayed.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tab. Looking back on previous posts and upcoming. Being able to schedule well in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the day reminders are not useful. Some have been great, however things such as "National Beach day" are not helpful. More personalised options would be great. E.g. a drop down with what sector you work within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled posts with ease. Showing scheduling in patterns.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having all of my social media platforms in one location. It is easy to use, manage, and view all messages in one location. I use the platform daily to schedule all of my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I don't get additional tabs for every platform, even if it's the same platform, like having two LinkedIn accounts but different messages. Additionally, for TikTok, it doesn't let me pull music directly from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has all social platforms on one calendar which is easy to use and manage.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to learn how to use the software in about 15 minutes after setting up my accounts. It was super easy. Customer Support has been great. I haven't had any reason to worry about support. I use this platform every single day, and I love it! The Owly GPT is awesome, it seems to be more in tune with the fact that I am writing a social media post and not so out in the weeds. The platforms seamlessly integrate with this software. I have been using this for almost 8 months and I haven't had any issues with the platforms connections. Overall, its been a really really great investment!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the way it tags sometimes. I've had to go to the native sites to fix them. I wish I could incorporate features from other packages, allowing me to create a custom package tailored to my specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes all the social media into one place seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is its versatility. It's great at scheduling for a variety of different social media platforms from Facebook to X. It's straightforward and intuitive to use. As a school marketer who uses Hootsuite daily, I'd highly recommend it. Implementing Hootsuite was easy, and the integrations it offers with other software make it the perfect choice. I love that they offer frequent webinars and guides so I can keep my skills fresh, and their customer support is always helpful when I have any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Hootsuite is wonderful and I haven't run into many issues. At times I wish it was a bit faster at uploading for video. I also wish I could upload up to 20 photos for Instagram as you can on the mobile version, and it would be nice to be able to add active links and stickers to Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been great for quickly scheduling content across multiple platforms at the click of a button. The built in link shortener and image editing tools have also been a major time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of integrations available, i.e. platform support. Being able to see incoming engagement from all channels in one inbox is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The new emphasis on AI—not only is it mostly unhelpful, it's actually very harmful in a lot of ways (plagiarism at massive scales, huge environmental impact, privacy issues at the personal and enterprise levels, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is primarily an efficiency tool—rather than checking multiple social media apps (and potentially missing notifications), everything is brought under one roof with Hootsuite. It also makes data management and reporting much easier, great for tracking the growth of a brand on social.
