Perfectly Simple and Concise

What do you like best about the product?
As a one-person marketing team, where my background is actually in Graphic Design, Hootsuite has been the perfect platform for someone adjusting to different roles in a field they're not quite used to, in short: I've been able to pick it up fairly easily! Social media management has never been more concise and simple, as I'm able to read the overall analytics of my company's social media accounts easily and understand trends and the direction we're heading in. I use it literally every day as a planning tool and utilize their AI tools to brainstorm new content topics for future posts. I also like the little markers on the calendar of niche holidays like National Bubble Tea Day! If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have gotten a cute little pin at my local bubble tea shop that day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Hootsuite. As someone whose experience is not in the marketing/social media circle, I unfortunately do not know how to use some of the tools available. That's more on me to learn them, along with utilizing the full extent of the analytic tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving my company's social media management overall as I am a one person team and need all the help I can get! It's incredibly helpful that I can plan posts far out, which keeps me on track say if I'm going to be out of the office for vacation or if I want to stay ahead of the game to make my other tasks easier. The AI function also helps with brainstorming new content topics within my company's industry as I'm new to the company and learning what benefits those within the industry and following our social pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the content scheduling feature on Hootsuite. It is very easy to learn and very user friendly to use on a day-to-day basis. I really love that it allows me to move around posts by just dragging the posts. It was very easy to integrate into my routine because it suggests times to post, based on my account's previous activity. I use it every day and will continue to use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking analytics is a little more difficult in Hootsuite. I wish they would email me daily/weekly updates with some suggestions on how to better handle my social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content ahead of time; it is very easy to schedule content months in advance.

I love that I can schedule content so that I can post even on my off days.

I wish I could link to Bluesky. I also wish I could add music on Instagram posts

I love that it lets me know our best times to post, but I'd like more detailed analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use their posting and scheduling features. Previews of posts are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't have the most detailed analytics. I would love a more detailed breakdown of what posts are driving engagement, who my audience is, etc.

Hootsuite makes it simple to manage multiple posts, including scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can scheduled multiple posts at the same time for different platforms. I like that it give suggestions on best times to post based on my audience and gives me a wide range of analytics to compare. I am happy they updated their system to allow instagram tagging on photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are so many limited capabilities. I wish tagging for all platforms was accessable and easier to do, specifically tagging in LinkedIn photos. Its also annoying when you tag an instagram account incorrectly or add a capital letter, the post fails. I wish I could see who I'm tagging to make sure I have it right, like you can do with LinkedIn and Facebook. It makes it super easy to type in the account wrong. I also hate you can't add trending audio to posts on instagram and facebook. You also cant access a lot of the posting settings meta offers, such as reel covers, trending audios and tagging locations. I wish it gave you all the same capabilities when posting through hootsuite as if you were posting direclty through the platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a clear view of when i'm posting, and helps me track how I'm performing month to month.

Hootsuite is so easy to use that almost anyone can learn it instantly. It has helped us easily schedule posts.

Nothing for now. Hootsuite has not let us down yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the every changing communications world we all live and work in. I use Hootsuite if not once, but twice a day to ensure our social media is well planned out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish I was more tapped into a network of others who used it, but I believe I need to start attending more webinars you all host!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our social analytics in one place makes my life so much easier. Every social media app tracks them differently, so this is a great place to have them all in one spot.

Hootsuite Review – From a Small Church Perspective

What do you like best about the product?
As a small church managing multiple social media accounts, Hootsuite has become a go-to tool for scheduling and organizing our content. Compared to the internal tools offered by platforms like Facebook or Instagram, Hootsuite is significantly easier to use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and allows us to plan out posts in advance without jumping between apps or tabs.

One of the most helpful features is the ability to duplicate and tweak a post across multiple platforms, all in one place.

One of the biggest wins for us is how simple it was to connect all of our social media accounts to Hootsuite. The integration was fast and seamless. We were up and running in no time, with no technical headaches or complicated setup.

It’s also incredibly convenient to manage all our posts in one place. We use Hootsuite to schedule our posts in advance, which has helped us stay consistent and intentional with our outreach. From scheduling Sunday service reminders to midweek encouragement posts, Hootsuite makes it easy to stay organized and consistent across platforms. While we haven’t had to rely on customer support often, which speaks volumes about its reliability, the one time we did, their team was quick, helpful, and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it weren’t for the nonprofit discount we receive, I’m not sure we’d be able to justify the cost. While the core features are solid, the plans don’t seem to offer much more value for a small organization like ours. It’s a good tool, but not necessarily priced for churches or grassroots nonprofits without that discount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were logging into multiple platforms, posting manually, and often scrambling last-minute to keep up with weekly updates. It was time-consuming, inconsistent, and hard to keep track of.
We can schedule posts ahead of time, ensure our messaging is consistent across all channels, and save valuable time during the week.
