What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create posts months in advance and have them set-up to upload automatically. It makes it very easy to play way ahead and have a calendar ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The app is easy to follow and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps show us who is looking at our social media posts and in what areas we can grow more.

Consolidate Socials in One Location

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage and schedule my social platforms all in one location. I can easily look at the schedule and see what days I have missed or which ones do not have a photo associated with the post. I also enjoy the integrated AI which assists with length and tone as needed. I have been using Hootsuite for 13 years and I like the continued improvements and new platforms that are added. I log in twice a week to post on social and for specific events I can post months in advance so it saves me a bunch of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike, Hootsuite makes my life so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post on my social platforms at my convenience for the time frame that I decide. I don't need to log in at 8 am to post on Instagram I can log in the week before and assign date and time to release my posts. Such a time saver. I can do as much or as little schedule posting as I want. I typically log in twice a week to schedule posts for two different branches of my company, which is anywhere from 30 - 40 posts.

everything is helpful. i love it too much to dislike it... maybe change the name... hootsuite doesnt make sense to me

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to take a week long view of my content and to see what's coming down the line. I also love the AI assist to help with shortening posts to fit character counts, and turning one high performing post into several others. The new 'calendar days' feature is helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall my experience is positive - after all i continue to use it, but there are certian frustrations. When accepting suggeted changes to posts it has a tendancy to only past half of it, i regularly find posts that i was largely happy with, completely obliterated (sentences broken, bits missing) once i accept a change. I also find it frustrating that if i flip out of hootsuite to do something, there's a chance that any half written posts will be lost when i come back.
I also think adding emojis could be easier - instead of having to click into the emojis tab for each one, it would be nice to choose an emoji, and leave the window open so i could choose another straight away. It would make the process much more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post more efficiently, and across platforms. It saves me time and makes me more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar view - it allows me to see what I have posted from multiple accounts. It also allows me to duplicate and edit posts. I love the new report additions and features because it makes translating the data much easier. The tips are helpful as well, which I try to use on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it challenging to tag company names and persons.

Capacity to handle multiple social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a freelancer and use Hootsuite to manage a dozen accounts for an agency and their founder. It saves me so much time. It's very easy to use and get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about Hootsuite at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving me a good place to see all my analytics and schedule content out.

A Solid Tool For Managing Multiple Social Media Channels

What do you like best about the product?
I have to post across 4 or 5 different social channels each day, but Hootsuite allows me to do that in one simple, intuitive and easy brushstroke. Way easier than managing and scheduling posts natively on Facebook, IG, X, etc. Any time that I have needed that extra help, the chat function can get me sorted quickly as well. Even my non-marketing team can help when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with keeping my accounts connected, but I can usually resolve this within a few clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to post on each platform separately, now I can do all in one stop. Getting insights on channel health used to be impossible and Hootsuite takes all the work out of it with their analytics tools.

Great social media management aid

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage multiple social media channels for our organization through one platform, duplicate and repurpose old posts, and view our planning calendar in one place. The integration with Canva is also a win for saving time with design and imagery. I implemented Hootsuite for the organization with relative ease and rely on Hootsuite every day to engage our audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite would automatically resize images for each of our social media platforms rather. Even with the Canva integration, resizing still requires some manual finessing and it's a time suck. Hopefully the technology will get there soon. Customer support is lacking unless you use one of the higher cost plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop time-saver for us since we post to and manage content on five social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is incredibly helpful for scheduling social media posts and working on monthly reports. It's helped me refine my social strategy and it's very intuitive and user friendly. I use it daily and couldn't imagine our MarTech stack without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a better Pinterest integration but this is so minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with managing channels, scheduling posts, and reporting on analytics.

I wish I could save pre-fabed endings that I like to include at the end of posts, would like to login to more than one tiktok account, and I wish I could manage stories from within the dashboard.
