Been using this app for more than 5 years
What do you like best about the product?
Not the fastest, but the most stable and reliable for a social media integrated app. I used this app from the first time I was assigned to handle my employer's social media account. It's easy to juggle from 1 account to another. Their analysis also helps me to forecast the account's performance. I can't give a word about the customer support, since I have never faced any trouble that needed their assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure which one of this app that I dislike, I like almost all of their feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling functionality in Hootsuite is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I can easily plan and schedule posts across multiple platforms (specifically LinkedIn for QA Ltd) well in advance. This saves a huge amount of time, allowing me to focus on strategy and content creation rather than manual posting.
The Amplify feature has also been a game-changer for QA Ltd. It empowers our internal teams to easily share approved company content, effectively turning our employees into brand advocates. This amplifies our reach and engagement significantly, and it's a brilliant way to ensure consistent messaging across a wider network.

What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics dashboard, while comprehensive, can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, and it would be beneficial to have more customisable reporting options to focus on the metrics most relevant to our specific goals without having to dig too deep.

Loving Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to customise my own reports. I also like that I can save posts as drafts and go back to edit them later. The platform is easy to navigate, and I find it really useful that I can customise messages for different platforms within the same post.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing that I dislike about Hootsuite so far. However, I would love to have the option to add sticky notes or reminders within the content calendar. This would be really helpful when planning content in advance, as it would allow me to visualise how the monthly schedule is shaping up—even before finalising or drafting posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps streamline social media management by allowing me to schedule posts in advance, customise content for different platforms, and track performance all in one place. This saves me time, keeps our messaging consistent, and gives me greater visibility over our content strategy. The ability to generate customised reports also makes it easier to share results with the team and make informed decisions.
Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is that I can plan my posts for the week or month, allowing me to focus on other aspects of my job. Having this tool makes my work easier and helps me be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Instagram, I think it could be better for stories, with more options for editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time every day; I can schedule my posts and focus on other aspects of my job. Every three months, I can easily access the analytics and produce my report for our department's meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very seamless and very easy to use. I love both the scheduling and Inbox on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing would be the analytics where it says best time to publish and you get different times for your account inside Instagram overview compared to the analytic section best time to publish.

Making scheduling super easy and simple and having our inbox all in one place since I manage a few different accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Ai feature where it helps to come up with content ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to select different posting options for each platform. Eg. if a video is posted it seems to choose if its a story or reel. I wish there was more control and access to posting features. It seems like posting directly from a phone works better for customizing certain things.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Can organize all our social agency clients in 1 planner. Can now place facebook ads thru hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Facebook ads don't seem to show up in meta ad center until campaign completed.

keep track of our social clients thru the planner across all social platforms. Easier to manage social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can connect multiple social platforms and schedule content simultaneously. You can edit the content for each platform to diversify, but do it all at once. I like that I can schedule posts for an unlimited amount of time in the future. I use it all the time!

Rescheduling posts is a little annoying. I can't reschedule the time, only the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to batch social media content instead of creating and posting new posts every single day. It saves me a ton of time each week and month.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can work with multiple accounts and delegate work to associates along with getting spell check and AI support for posting ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is constantly upgrading and improving unfortunately this sometimes comes with bugs that take time to find and fix.

It allows me to manage multiple clients account and see all of our teams work on the calendar planner. It also allows us to do some bulk posting as well.
