What do you like best about the product?
A must have for Social Media Managers who want to optimize peak time and schedule content in office or remotely. Super user-friendly- has a very responsive app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they have not integrated Instagram on their app yet and users have to manually click the button when content goes out which is not ideal if the content is scheduled at an inconvenient time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to schedule content more efficiently as the content was sent out across different time zones and had to be sent out at a specific peak time for maximum impact. Hootsuite was very helpful in integrating all my platforms into one and I can do my job with a click of a button even when remote.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the interface and the convenience of adding multiple streams to my homepage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responding to posts and messages is easier on the native interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to monitor all of our active Facebook and Twitter pages as well as disseminate content. We are using it to enhance donor and alumni engagement. Hopefully more engaged and educated alumni will be more likely to make a gift when a solicitation comes around.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite's service and functionality are great. It's easy to use and intuitive to learn. I'd recommend it if you have a large online presence and are looking for a way to manage it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
You're able to manage all social media platforms, switch back and forth, and post very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
That you still have to use your mobile device for the Instagram posting, even though you can schedule, you still have to manually post it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing social media footprint

make using Instagram and posting to it as easy as the other platforms

ability to track competitors with multiple feeds

Interface is cluttered and confusing. The extensions are a great tool but they don't always work as advertised.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to easily create new searches and use aggregators to pull info from many places into a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not very user friendly, not the greatest looking platform. The tool is basic and does not seem to pull in a comprehensive amount of information from social media and other websites. Okay for what it does, but there are more robust tools out there. In addition, reports did not offer anything new that I couldnt find myself in Facebook/Twitter analytics, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listening to all social media and website mentions for company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider investing more money into a tool that will be able to grow with you and your business over time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use in terms of being able to see multiple columns at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can’t search by hashtag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved my issue of not being able to quickly reply because I wasn’t getting notifications, this helps me get almost an instant reply time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, not good for a mass anylitcal viewership

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up and integrates multiple social media outlets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can get very cluttered if you're tracking multiple things, and it can get pricy even if you're one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a way to track all of my social media without having to go to each individual app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can justify/afford the cost of the upgraded platform, use it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Hootsuite I can plan out my social posting well in advanced. Hootsuite allows my team to log in from anywhere to add and edit posts on all of our social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Hootsuite had the capability to post to Instagram directly, rather than having to link my account to a cell phone. This makes it difficult for a team of people to manage and requires you log in each time you want to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to maintain consistent, valuable communication with our steak holders on social media without spending a large part of each day on these platforms. With Hootsuite I am more organized and get ahead of the game so I free up time for other work.
