What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool for my social media needs, It allows various platforms to sync in one space, Now I dont need to get multiple apps to post or promote my ads

My linkedin profile got disconnected once, There should be a lag while internet is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its analytics is the best, it shows the graph of my posted ads across my social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite incredibly beneficial for managing my social media ads and campaigns, as well as handling analytics efficiently. I like its user-friendly interface and how easy it is to add templates from the available selections, which simplifies the post creation process. Additionally, the analytics dashboard is helpful, providing insights into trends and clearly showing where my posts stand and their reach. The initial setup of Hootsuite was much easier than I anticipated, which made starting with the platform smooth and efficient. Overall, I am satisfied with Hootsuite's functionality and ease of use.

Hoot suite as been much helpful on creating my ads and we had a recent switch so nothing to dislike here

What I like most about Hootsuite is how seamlessly it brings everything together in one place, planning, scheduling, analytics, and social listening, making it incredibly efficient to manage multiple accounts and users at once. Its interface is very intuitive, which helps keep workflows smooth even when coordinating high volumes of content.
The platform’s analytics, especially the Social Performance Score and recommended posting times, provide clear guidance to improve engagement and demonstrate results internally. The addition of OwlyGPT is also a real advantage, helping with content creation and optimization when deadlines are tight.
On top of that, Hootsuite’s customer support is consistently responsive and helpful, which gives us confidence in using the platform every day.
Overall, Hootsuite makes our daily work faster, smarter, and more strategic and that is what we value most.

At times, the interface can feel slightly slow or delayed when loading previews or switching between accounts. Some advanced analytics and listening features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can limit access for smaller teams. Additionally, the integration of new AI features like OwlyGPT is promising, but there is still room to refine accuracy and personalization across languages, especially for niche fields like healthcare.
Despite these minor points, the platform continues to evolve, and we appreciate the improvements that are being rolled out regularly.

Makes Social Posting Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite lets me post to multiple social pages at once — it makes keeping our company channels updated so much easier. I also really value being able to “ghost post” on behalf of teammates who don’t have time to post regularly. It’s a small task on my end, but it has a big impact on their presence and engagement.
The built-in link shortener is another big plus. We use UTM codes for tracking, and they can get lengthy, so having those automatically condensed is super helpful. I also recently discovered the bulk upload feature for posts, which saved me a significant amount of time when launching a campaign series.

There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. It took some time for me to feel fully comfortable navigating the platform, and I’m sure there are still features I’m not taking full advantage of.
Tagging or @-mentioning others can also be a little tricky sometimes, although that may be more related to social platform limitations (especially regarding LinkedIn) rather than Hootsuite itself.

It is very easy to use Hootsuite for scheduling for multiple social media platforms!

The reason we switched from Hootsuite was only because we wanted to have access to even further analytical data.

It is very difficult for a single person to keep up with social media posting - especially for multiple platforms. Hootsuite made that happen with ease.

When I open it in the morning at The Social Blend, everything just sits there waiting, like the day took a breath before I did. The calendar helps me see the whole week in a single glance, which sounds simple, and maybe it is, but it’s the kind of simple that makes my brain feel less tangled. I can tweak an Instagram caption, jump to a LinkedIn version, adjust a photo, keep the flow going without losing the idea I started with. The Listening tab feels like a quiet assistant in the corner catching mentions I’d probably miss while I’m buried in content.

There are these moments when I’m hunting for one tiny metric and I end up clicking around longer than I meant to. It breaks the rhythm. The ads side is fine, just not something I move through easily, so I still check things on the native platforms. And the cost nudges at me a bit when I’m handling several clients at once.

For my little agency, it feels like a stabilizer. It keeps posts going out even when my day gets messy, and it saves me from that sinking feeling of realizing I missed a message. Clients like seeing their content laid out before it goes live, and I like not digging through random folders or screenshots to show them. It just makes the whole process feel more doable, like I’m not carrying the whole weight of the work in my head anymore.

I use Hootsuite, I truly like it since it puts it all, all of our social media in one dashboard. With the help of its connection with Slack and Google Drive, it is easy to coordinate the content and create reports. The simplicity of its usage allows making schedules and postings quick, and the variety of its capabilities to analyze and cooperate with a team enables our campaigns to be continuously running on an everyday basis.

The reason why I sometimes do not like Hootsuite has to do with certain advanced reporting options that I find constrained, particularly when it comes to managing data to fit a certain campaign. These gaps slacken insights with high frequency of use. The features are generally powerful, but some of the analytics choices seem rudimentary, and despite a responsive customer support, we occasionally must make do with what reporting can do.

Hootsuite will address the issue of having to handle multiple social mediums in a single location and this will save much time. It has been integrated with Slack and Google Drive thereby facilitating collaboration. I use it very often because it ensures that the campaigns are organized and the simplicity of use and the amount of features to analyze the work and schedule it make the team stay on track and minimize the number of repetitive manual operations.

Running social for JD in the Netherlands and Germany gets messy pretty fast, especially when product drops shift or someone asks for a last minute tweak. The calendar in Hootsuite has become this sort of anchor for me. I open it in the morning, take a breath, and suddenly the chaos feels manageable. I can see what’s stacked, what’s missing, and where the gaps are for each region.

Inbox piles up faster than I’d like. If I ignore it for even a couple of hours, it feels like I’m coming back to a small mountain of messages. It should include some kind of AI to sort of this or at least auto response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For JD, it gives us something steady to work from. The two markets behave differently, and I’ve learned I can’t treat them the same, even when the campaign is identical. Hootsuite helps me plan things with that in mind. I can line up posts for Germany that lean more lifestyle, then build the Netherlands version with a slightly different feel, all without opening five tabs or losing track of anything. It’s not perfect, but it’s become part of how I stay organized.

I can open it, drop in a quick caption, pull a Canva file, and shape the post for Instagram or LinkedIn without jumping between tabs. The small AI hints help when my mind feels crowded. And that calendar view has become the thing I rely on. Seeing the whole week laid out makes the work feel lighter.

The mobile app just doesn’t help me much. I’ve tried using it during client shoots or while traveling, and it always feels clunky. I end up waiting to get back to my laptop because that’s the only place where the workflow feels smooth.

Sociotops moves fast, and Hootsuite keeps us from slipping into chaos. It puts drafts, schedules, and messages in one place, so no one is running around trying to remember what’s due next. The listening tools help us spot early conversations that matter for our clients. And it gives newer team members a simple path to follow. It doesn’t solve everything, but it keeps our workflow steady enough for us to focus on real results.
