A good way to manage 1 businesses social media platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout and how customisable the layouts are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are far too many paid add-ons. Hootsuite can get expensive if you have more than one business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I schedule content to each social media platform for a business that I do social media for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely worth trying as it's one of the most user friendly social media management tools out there. Although there are other tools that have many more features.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options it provides to publish content on various social media. Recently added analytics are flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes a lot of time to load. Have faced some problems earlier which sent my social media posts without images even though the images were already uploaded at the time of scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media accounts for multiple clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Hootsuite to Social Media Managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is good for posting to multiple social media platforms at one time, or scheduling to post. You can also track and monitor some of your social media accounts at one time. The basic account is free for up to 3 social media streams, and you can upgrade your account to cover more. You can also create a team so that everyone can access the same account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version limits you to only 3 social media accounts unless you pay for the premium account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps save time to post one status that can be directed to several accounts at one time. This helps to minimize any errors and maintain continuity across all platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great way for an entrepeneur or website owner to streamline their social media activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule tweets ahead of time. I can schedule all my tweets for the whole month.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can’t schedule a post directly to Instagram. You still have to log in and approve the post each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More social media outreach

I like how you can monitor all your social platforms on one page.

It can be a bit confusing to navigate if you’re not familiar with it.

It’s allowed me to multitask and monitor my clients’ social channels all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the scheduling format. It is very easy to use and I love it can be used across most platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't use Facebook tags when using Hootsuite

Only benefits - ease of scheduling client's posts makes my job significantly less time consuming.

The scheduling functionality is not as good as other sources and their Instagram functionality is especially limited.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's UI has gotten much better and more intuitive over the life of the product, and it's now my favorite way to organize social media posts for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. The UI can still seem a bit chaotic at times, but that's the nature of social media. I'm not sure what else these folks could do to tighten it up, to be perfectly honest!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to manage tons of different passwords, and schedule all our posts in different places, was not a particularly elegant way to handle social media prior. Hootsuite has made this process extremely easy and streamlined for us.

Scheduling Social Media Posts

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule social media posts on Facebook and Twitter very easily. The character counts are helpful and they have a good selection of streams that you can follow
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that I can't schedule instagram posts (but that might be on Instagram not hootsuite). I also wish that when posting the same message across FB and Twitter, that there were a smarter way to tag people. Right now if I want to tag a person or page, I have to make two different entries or the person/page name would come up twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management, time management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't bother adding instagram to this function. It doesn't really interact wit Hootsuite so you might as well just focus on Twitter and Facebook.
