Convenient Social Media Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post to multiple social media accounts from the same platform. I also like to ability to add Media streams to quickly find content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the media streams lack of being able to easily schedule sharing content from other sources. Instead, you must instantly share. However, given that this is a social media platform and that scheduling is an important aspect of social media content building, you should be able to schedule shares rather than only posts that you write.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
East of mangling Facebook and Instagram, as well as finding relavent content for our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use more than one social media platform, Hootsuite is for you!

Easy to see scheduled posts - the platform even helps suggests optimal post times
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to see images affiliated with scheduled posts- sometimes posts repeated once scheduled
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying social media scheduling. I only ever used it on a small team however so I never realized it’s full benefit. More work for me to schedule then worth it in the end.
Detailed But Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of hootsuite is that you can use multiple profiles of same social media in 1 account. Their blogs are informative. They should keep up with blogging part and keep users updated. Performance monitoring is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don like the pricing, its way to expensive to use. It should have been priced around 800-900 INR. that is approx 8-10 usd. If they bring down pricing, it will be awesome. Set up can be worked upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring my social media has become so easy, i just love it. Finding what my competitors are posting is again very easy, following hashtags is awesome. finding new content has become easy. i hope hootsuite keeps on developing and introducing new features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to upload in bulk mode to multi social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to schedule multiple times for each post; not duplicating posts; the time structure is cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time by posting simultaneously; one place to view posts, activity and analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to allow plenty of time to schedule posts.

I can easily manage my companies and all my clients social media accounts and posts all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be more indepth and while it is user friendly, finding tutorials online help make it set up exactly how you need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much better than logging into multiple accounts and/ or Facebook page manager. It is a real time saver and I know once it is scheduled that it will post without a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The analytics aren't always the best but it is always better than having nothing. The tool is great for scheduling posts even on multiple accounts. It is a secure way to post when you want and schedule in advance. Rather than logging in to every platform on an hourly or daily basis
Hootsuite is sour and sweet but never gone
What do you like best about the product?
Staggering post. It's really helpful when I can make a post waaayyy into the future. It helps with keeping things relevant and up to date. I also liked that I can change up my dashboard. Can't tell you how much it is helpful to see what is going to post to what is getting posted. That helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors in Uploading images, gifs etc. I think multiple times I would try to submit a picture, gif, or some sort of content. I keep getting errors despite it being 2mb large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before being able to have post on different days really help. We can make effective campaigns and I can still have post on days I'm not there. I also was able to monitor how well and what content was well received.

Currently nothing comes to mind.
Does the job but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. I like that it counts characters for you and highlights hashtags. I also like the link shortener and custom URL. It is very easy to see the list of your drafts or scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The images are hard to add. You can see the preview and there are no guidelines for image dimensions for different networks.

Schedule content in advance.
Social Media Automization
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for combining all your social media accounts into one place, easily posting on them all at one time, and monitoring them all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little hard to use and sometimes it's hard to get some accounts connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building our social media following by being able to easily post the same in one place across multiple channels.

It's easy to use once set up, easily post on all social platforms from one place.
Hootsuite is my preferred tool for managing companies' twitter accounts (as well as instagram)
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for crafting easy-to-understand social media calendars, especially when it comes to scheduling twitter posts. The link shortener feature is easy to use and perfect for tracking click rates. Overall, I am pleased with the results I am seeing since transitioning to Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this isn't entirely Hootsuite's fault, the Instagram post notification feature feels a bit sloppy. I want to automate all of my social media posts -- not be notified that I need to return to the Hootsuite App, dig for the original insta-post, copy the content, and paste it all into the app. I'm better off just saving the content in my iphone's notes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, Hootsuite is helping with automation as well as tracking for the companies I work with. It's great seeing what content is being viewed favorably amongst our customer (and the best times for posting).
I don’t love it.

It helps you to manage and schedule content to go up on your social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t have a user friendly interface. It’s confusing, that’s my main issue with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, saved me a lot of time.

There are better options out there but hoot suite is very helpful.
