As a new employee in the social space, I enjoy using Hootsuite.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use my own saved replies as well as ones provided by our company. I like that I can respond to things within the reply window, and that it moves consistently after I resolve. I also really like the Pending folder, which our team uses for difficult conversations that need more investigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that things I assigned to myself wouldn't get lost in the general queue, that they would stay assigned to me so there is no mix up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us understand the experiences of our customers for all of our brands. This allows us to easily check up on various brands and shows without having to natively check up in the actual social media platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly user, easy to find things, customer service is fast,
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes time consuming as for reel we can't decide cover image, music, add location...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient as we have 19 facebook page we are managinig, everything is at the same place for us, analytic tool is easy to use.
A Lifesaving tool for Social Media Listening & Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love the deep analysis that it provides which makes it very easy to use and also allows me to post at multiple places all at one place without the need of logging into multiple channels, gives me listening tools which makes it easy to understand customer sentiment. Overall I love the tool as it makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I do not like about the tool that the inbox feature is very slow at times and also sometimes doesn't show up messages that are on the channel. If that is solved, I think it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my time by giving me everything at one place which lets me track all the metrics without the need of logging at multiple places and posting multiple times, I can schedule all the content and it also has an AI writer which makes it very easy to integrate AI.
An excellent tool for analysing Social Media Metrics & Listening
What do you like best about the product?
I love the deep analysis that it provides which helps in analyzing post wise metrics and it also gives me everything at one place, which makes it easier to access all my social media channels. There's also a lot of features like Owly writer, Social listening and automation which is really nice to have in a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I don't like a lot is the inbox feature which is sometimes slow, and also the owly writer which does not curate perfect captions

It is helping me save time to analyse social media metrics and also gives me features like automation and listening which is not there on other tools. Overall it helps me save time and also increase my efficiency.
Hootsuite for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to publish, schedule and advertise multiple content assets in a short time across multiple social media profiles for Targus, a global tech company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides of Hootsuite publisher but it's unfortunate that monthly prices have gone up on base plans. Would have been great to have a grandfathered perk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue on being able to access multiple platforms with a single login in addition to multiple content scheduling options.
Solid for Scheduling, But Analytics Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
I love how smooth the scheduling is, especially for an agency juggling lots of clients. The calendar view makes it easy to map things out, shift posts around, and spot any content gaps. Being able to tweak copy for each platform in one place is a huge time-saver. It keeps our social planning organized and helps us stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics feel a bit limited, especially if you're trying to pull detailed reports for clients. For example, Instagram Reel plays don’t show up, which makes it harder to get a full picture of performance. It covers the basics, but for a tool at this price point, I expect deeper insights and more platform-specific data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us stay on top of social content across multiple client accounts without scrambling last minute. It keeps our posting consistent and gives the whole team visibility into what’s going live and when. That means fewer missed deadlines, smoother workflows, and more time to focus on strategy and creative, not just chasing posts.
Hootsuite makes a time intensive and tedious administrative process a bit better.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the most value from Hootsuite by being able to see a number of different posts from ongoing communication campaigns easily at the start of the week. Hootsuite allows me to quickly select and share which posts I want to publish via my own social channels. The process takes just minutes to perform when it would otherwise take at least 5-10x as long. It's fairly easy to use and takes some of the guess work out of trying to optimize to which time of day/ the week is best to publish as well via the auto scheduler tools they have available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest downside to Hootsuite is just overcoming a slight learning curve to be able to understand how the features work and the way the user interfaces are set up. It's mostly intuitive, but it's taken me some time to become very familiar with all of the tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is used as a tool to allow users like myself to publish branded media to individual social channels. It's beneficial to me by increasing my personal brand awareness and helps the organization reach a wider audience for engagement and overall institutional awareness.
Great Platform

Hootsuite is a great platform for efficiently planning and scheduling all of my social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are limits to photo file sizes.

An amazing software for Social Media Publishing & Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is really helpful for managing social media accounts and also to analyse social media accounts all at one place. It also gives me insights which I can use to further improve my social media posts, saves a lot of my time and makes it easy to publish multiple posts and scheduling very easy. I have been an active user and the automation feature is amazing which I can it here instead of getting another tool for that purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature I don't like a lot is the inbox feature as it does not synchronise with the old DMs, and also it takes time to send the message on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the scheduling and analytics problem as there's not much analytics that I get on the social media platforms like Instagram, this gives me a much deeper analysis and also recommends me what steps I need to take in order to improve my strategy. It is very helpful in managing multiple channels all at one place.
