Essential features for social media content management

efficient and effective features, easy to use and navigate for all types of users

Free tool to use with basic access to data. Premium membership gives access to a lot of useful and valuable information such as sentiment and is very much the leader in terms of value for money.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI to improve compared to other new tools on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling features AND the Beta version! I've tested it out a few times and I love, love, LOVE the post preview that it offers! Hooray!

What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed that Facebook is deprioritizing my posts scheduled from Hootsuite. I also ran into problems a while back when scheduling videos to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have done several webinar tutorials when I first got started and the scheduling is invaluable as well as the cross-platform analytics. Well done! We've seen a growth in our traffic as well as team cooperation—we can all see what's happening on our platforms at any given time, which saves on emails, communications and cuts down on confusion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We loved this so much that we campaigned our management team to subscribe to a yearly subscription, and no one has regretted this. You get your money's worth! We're loving the Beta and hope it rolls out soon. If you manage multiple accounts across several platforms, this is a MUST. HAVE.
Set it and forget it!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to remember to log into my social media accounts every single day! It's like a set-it-and-forget-it for marketers! Making content for social has become easier with this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links break or the previews don't work 100% of the time. I think this is more from sharing content and not Hootsuite's fault. My biggest issue is no integration with Instagram. But again, this is a problem because of Instagram.

Do the buy up plan if you are a larger organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides robust analytics and software integrations. Their app allows me to manage my accounts even when I'm not in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally glitchy, sometimes there's an issue with link previews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives me the ability to manage all of my company's social networks with one login. I can schedule, monitor and even pull reports.
Keep track of all your social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for digital marketing professionals, or should I say essential. Hootsuite helps you keep track of everything going on in your social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may need a while to get used to it since all the different tabs and account info can be overwhelming. Some features may not be available when posting from Hootsuite, for example, gifs or emojis on Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never missing a notification from the social media accounts that you manage, keeping track of lists, keywords, specific topics...The analytics possibilities are very useful too.

Take your time to get used to the many features.

I like the ability to have several different accounts for several social media platforms. I believe this is only available for the paid version, however.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the picture I attached doesn't show up on some platforms. For some, it only provides a link. They should also work on HootSuite for Instagram so that you don't have to manually post the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule multiple posts at once. It frees up my time to do other things instead of logging into multiple platforms and posting at specific times

The ease of scheduling posts and having ONE place to share/market on several social media sites
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features can be a bit difficult to learn and the pricing is a bit expensive. Also, contacting customer service can be a hassle for any billing related issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing on multiple sites is a lot easier with Hootsuite. Can schedule entire week in one day verse having to spend multiple days marketing on each platform individually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easier way to share on multiple social media sites without having to go to each site/schedule posts/create posts, Hootsuite might be for you. You are able to schedule posts on several social media sites for several weeks even. I spend one day a week scheduling posts for the upcoming week and it is super convenient for marketing/time management.

I'm definitely saving time by attaching all social media account, twitter, instagram, facebook, etc. to my Hootsuite account and posting to all directly.
