Simplification across the board

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has enabled us to manage content across multiple media platforms as well as analyze the analytics of each marketing campaign that we run.
What do you dislike about the product?
The homepage can be a little confusing at first, and finding the education modules was difficult initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has simplified everything when it comes to managing our brand and monitoring our social media presence on multiple platforms. There’s no copy and pasting and hoping to remember to post he same thing on multiple platforms - with Hootsuite you can do it all with about 3 clicks.
The ability to schedule campaigns well into the future makes my life so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely go for it! It is worth the money to invest into your brand and brand awareness. Saves SO much time!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple dashboard to use to have multiple social channels connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as clear cut as other social scheduling sites. It doesn't offer as many features as the others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in getting bulk posts out, but we have switched platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful that you can create lists for different topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling tweets can be confusing because it's not always clear whether it's sending immediately or later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped keep us organized when we needed to find information quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Every social media can be connected into one spot - Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, Instagram, etc. . . . and multiple versions of them. Once setup, it sends everything out at once and allows you to track clicks, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often, social media accounts will disconnect. No warning, so I usually find out when I get an email that something didn't send. Pain in the butt to reconnect and then resend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing all social media communications and tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a manager and a backup with the system so that you don't have to post on vacation. I learned the hard way on this one when something went wrong while I was out of town and they had to send something out urgently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of everything being "in front of you." By that I mean, I like that I can track multiple hashtags and accounts and have everything right in front of me.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the same time, I really dislike the layout and the lagging of having everything "in front of you." As I scroll through hashtags it's a very messy process and Hootsuite will lag and I will suddenly be scrolling through the column to the right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've had Hootsuite glitch and not remind me to publish on Instagram, messing up my social media schedule and posting "rhythm.".
Benefits- when it is working properly, being able to track the company's hashtag is a very useful concept.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule my social media business postings at times that are convenient for me. When balancing a small business, its important to maximize all available time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the mobile site is not as user friendly or streamlined as Id like. I'm often on the mobile site and it can be difficult to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ive solved my need to be present and visible with my social media at times that consumers need, even when they dont fit my personal schedule thanks to the automatic postings via hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understanding there is still work to be done by the user (content strategy, etc). You must be authentic or else the automation of postings loses a genuine interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of scheduling my tweets ahead of time! Love the ease of using the app. Love the results!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I don't like. It's efficient and effective everytime!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save time by creating an social media calendar a month in advance and schedule all my tweets at once and I'm done for the month.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily follow hashtags which makes it convenient to find user content to repost through your own social media outlets
What do you dislike about the product?
Publishing posts is not as user friendly as it is on an app such as Buffer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to stay creative and to find new content to post through Hootsuite. One benefit is that our business is able to find and post content at least once per day thanks to this app
