Great For Planning & Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
They let you schedule several posts at a time, which makes it very easy to plan out the whole week. It gives you a link preview and lets you customize different messages depending upon the social platform. Very easy to use and the basic features are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I dislike, although we don't use all of the features offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes social media planning very easy and saves time by posting to multiple platforms at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform that offers a variety of tools for social media marketing. They also provide a lot of free webinars and learning sessions to help you in the field.

I appreciate the ease of scheduling posts.

The free service is pretty limited, with a small number of platforms and posts available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and scheduling social media campaigns and social media marketing is much simpler when able to plan and put everything on the calendar with Hootsuite.

Hootsuite is a great entry-level tool for social media management. While its free functionality is limited, it is a decent platform for the price levels offered.
Efficent Help in the Free Version
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offers an easy way to coordinate social media posts across multiple platforms. It's incredibly intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
With the free version, you're limited to the number of posts you can queue. With two streams, FB and Twitter only, that's cut in half. I have to go back more often to revive my feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I share relevant news articles withour followers and events from an academic department. It's not my primary role, so I'm able to dedicate a small amount of time and let it run itself. If I do need to share something immediately, I only need to create one post. It's definitely increased my efficiency, and cut down the time I've had to spend on this service assignment.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with most social media platforms. Hootsuite has made great strides to make working with social media platforms well. Scheduling, auto-scheduling, it is all great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram needs to integrate better. There are other platforms who will post on Instagram for you versus Hootsuite sending a notification to copy, paste, and post. Pinterest could also use some improvements as you cannot currently connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great platform when you're managing multiple companies and multiple social media platforms. It has saved time and effort from posting content and analyzing the success.

This is a great tool for those just starting social media for their company.

How easy it is to schedule posts out to multiple platforms all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app is glitchy, and I find the home screen on the desktop version to be a little on the messy side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a huge time saver for me. Using hootsuite cuts down on hours of having to schedule out content via individual apps which is a huge benefit for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite’s publisher feature is by far my favorite. It is a very user-friendly interface and you can easily see what posts are scheduled for where and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are a little tedious and can be difficult to extract for one page at a time. Often times I find analytics don’t exactly match what I’m seeing in Facebook analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy for me to post to all of our local pages at once to avoid the time consuming process of posting to pages individually
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The whole package is more expensive, but getting Hootsuite as well as Hootsuite ads will benefit you greatly. Worth it.
Good concept, bad execution
What do you like best about the product?
The concept of having everything laid out in front of you for social media management is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the execution of the aforementioned "benefit". Hootsuite lags and has a very unorganized interface as I try to scroll through hashtags and scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: We've missed hashtags because of the lagging and scroll-control.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user friendly to use! You love the analytical data it provides for me and how I can schedule post for various social networks and forget about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how users are limited to how many free posts they have. When I initially signed up, I had an unlimited amount of posts with the free account.

I use this porigam to schedule social posts.
