What do you like best about the product?
It's free and great for scheduling and listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free analytics aren't great. I have to go to the native platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s free! The free version currently allows two forms of social media, and 30 scheduled posts at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it’s free, you can’t really complain. However, Hootsuite recently set more restricting limits to the free version by only allowing 30 posts. Previously I could schedule posts for the next month on two different platforms (the equivalent of 40 posts or so).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning ahead. If i’m Going to be away from the office, I don’t have to worry about ensuring that we posted something on Twitter and other platforms each day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Free version only allows two platforms and apx 2-3 weeks of scheduled posts on each.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to plan my social media posts for various accounts all in one location!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped me organize my social media posts across several platforms, allowing me to stay on task and up to date with all outlets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend utilizing all social media outlets that you have!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have multiple social channels associated with a single account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the feed features when you are unable to like, retweet, or comment on posts that your social name is included in.

Save time on social media sharing at the corporate level.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the functionality that's all the hoot! But seriously, you can connect to a number of platforms easily and it saved a ridiculous amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really been able to compare it evenly to a site that also sends info out, but I think sometimes hashtags don't register or the site may have experienced an error and deleted a nicely written tweet once or twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked in a marketing department, for over a year and used this product weekly. It really cut down the time for posting or remembering the best times. It keeps a nice history and updates you with metrics afterwards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the trial with multiple times and sites-then see how it does. I enjoyed it for sure and it only takes maybe two tries.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can control all of my social networks from one platform and in turn save time for other important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, Hootsuite didn't have Instagram integration so I will be testing that out. Sometimes when things are scheduled and posts, pictures or links can be lost. That can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating robust social media campaigns that align and flow perfectly between platforms. The ability to see everything in one place makes consistency easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The learning curve for hootsuite is fairly easy. When you first start using the product, just make sure that your scheduled posts are posting correctly. No one likes mistakes that go unnoticed for 24 hours,

Multiple accounts on one dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for users to add up to five social media accounts at a time and it displays them all on one interface. It also has the capability to shorten links and schedule sending of messages at a later time. The platform is fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation-wise, if you don't have a large enough screen, you wouldn't see all yoir accounts in one glance. Using the scroll bar repeatedly gets tiring after a while if you're actively navigating through your several accounts. Unlike another program out there, this one limits you to adding only five accounts at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was our go-to application to manage several accounts at a time.

The ease of scheduling make posts much easier. It also lets you get ahead of you content schedule quite easily!

I don't really have any massive negative feedback. I find it the best in it's class.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all of my accounts at one time has been a very helpful feature. It saves me time because I don't have to log in to each account individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve. I feel like the program needs to be more intuitive.
