An easy way to keep your social media up to date

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to update multiple social media platforms at one time, while still being able to tweak each update as needed. For example, I can add hashtags to Instagram posts. Shorten a post for Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface to be a bit messy compared to other products. The most important part of the app, creating new posts, is squeezed into a pop-up window that sits along the top of the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping social media account up to date to connect with customers, without having to think about it every day. I can sit down one day and plan posts for the week ahead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great for updating multiple platforms at a time, but if you're focusing on one platform I think there are better solutions available. For example, Later is great for planning Instagram posts. It let's you see how your feed will look with the schedule post so not only can you schedule posts... you can 'art direct' your entire feed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to see all my organization's social media accounts in one dashboard. I can manage real-time messages and activity from Facebook and Twitter. I find it very useful that more than one user can use the platform, and there's definite accountability (resolving, assigning) and the option to leave notes for a seamless experience for both user and customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the tagging feature because tags do not save *until* you click save - to elaborate, sometimes I tend to click out of the dialogue box by accident which loses all the tags I've added, because I didn't click save. Happens more often than I'd like because the box can be small. I do not like that Instagram does not have all the features I need to be more engaged with my audience. (i.e. liking posts that you are #tagged in.) Facebook tab needs to integrate streams with "Reviews/Recommendations/etc." I think for each platform, a list of notifications as a stream wouldn't hurt. It's nice to have a list of activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has given our organization an additional platform for service. We have e-mail, phone, and in-person/front line service. But Hootsuite allows us to also help people in realtime on social media. Although we can open each social media website and manage each one individually, Hootsuite allows us to multi-task and manage multiple social media platforms in one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the lay out is user friendly and self explanatory. I also like that it has a familiar interface to other social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the default watermark "sent/made with Hootsuite" I'm sure there is a way to turn that off, its just an annoying extra, however, advertising is important, so I understand why they to it. Certainly not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to schedule Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts an promotions at specific times, all in one sitting. Time. Hootsuite solves ongoing time issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to to view and schedule Facebook, Twitter and Instagram posts an promotions at all in one place and specific times, Hootsuite does it very easy and well.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to review trending topics within my industry, to stay on top of content to redistribute. This tool also assists in organization in our communication and marketing division. The mass upload from an excel sheet to pre-schedule has been a great bonus. We would not be able to push out as much content without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality with Facebook was more tedious, and I typically managed more directly through Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts and scheduling posts in advance. With limited staff resources, pre-scheduling communication through social accounts is key!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post to multiple social media sites all from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the layout of the dashboard. I also dislike that it seemed tome that when I post directly to Facebook and skip using Hootesuite, more people tend to see my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time from having to login and post directly to multiple social media sites by allowing me to post everything from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply enter your copy and Hootsuite takes care of the rest. You don't need to map out whne your social posts will publish with HootSuite's autoschedule feature, which publishes your posts when your peak audience is on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional analytics come at a cost. Would love to be able to access some things I can't already see on my social media pages for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite prevents me from having to work after hours to post something on social media, which is something my wife definitely appreciates!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make some non-default analytics available for free

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that I can program the messages for different types of social networks

What I dislike most is that at the beginning of the configuration everything is in a language that I do not know

Since I use hootsuite I stopped worrying about writing my messages in real time, thanks to the application allows me to program them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My suggestion is to send invitations to people to know them even more and start using this great tool

There is no way to program a langage post on LinkedIn.
